Same story with IJN - to avoid overpens you need to drop bombs late (crosshair goes forward). Obviously overdoing it might end with bomb ricochet, also bomb can arm on superstructure and detonate prematurely. Same story with T8 CV in T10. Even T10 CV in T10 match is not easy.

WG definition of "love" is very... specific. And IIRC announcement only positive change scheduled is shortening climb time for aircraft without payload. Which isn't going to fix anything related to actually dropping said payload in first place.

You can quite reliably score citadels on cruisers if you drop bombs late. But if you overdo that, you risk bombs bouncing off. But against BB in training room environment I was able to reliably citadel only German BB (to be expected) and NC, assuming bombs hit the deck and avoided superstructure. Monarch/Richy/Amagi were at best unreliable while anything bigger was futile endeavor.

Unfortunately this. Besides generic "play spotter and try to harass solo targets" you can't do much else. Pre air camo buff you could at least spec for stealth and stealth spot T10 cruisers with hope of teammates shooting the red ones instead each other.

Yep, you're missing premium containers That or wait for next set of missions, as IIRC it was stated without opening wallet you can't get T8 Tea Carrier, while T6 basically required month long drip feed grind.

Standardizing German 128/150 HE pen guns could bring some sense into Ger tree while especially 15cm armed DDs would have their own niche again without dumping 4 points into IFHE. Alpha adjustment is/would be in order though - 15cm guns HE alpha vary from 1500, 1700 to 2200 (Nurnberg, Bismarck 15cm and Z23)

111 planes from TWO carriers. Old RTS Ryujo and Ranger had 48 and 72 planes respectively. 120 total. If two RTS carriers would have hard on for you, you would be dead. Like very dead after their first run, instead being harassed to kingdom come happily farming planes. -
203mm could use small reload buff at best. They got not so long ago accuracy buff and retain solid firestarting, something kinda lacking in IFHE'd 155mm. Though I'm almost amazed A-hull 155mm Mogami class isn't T7 premium already. It fits into "downtiered and crapped upon IJN premium" theme just right

High hp and speed per plane, but their ordnance leaves something to be desired. Lots of bombs and rockets with meh HE pen, rendering them either anti DD/anti cruiser + BB firestarter, as bombs end at 32mm HE pen IIRC. Torps are US grade with gimmick of converging drop which is... okay? Only thing "hotfixable" I can imagine would be their hp plane. Fixable by general dps buff. Nothing says "HMS Free Exp" like rendering old lines even more pointless, while new one is "only" struggling

Yep, though you can't use Lady Lex/Shokek in Operations as there are none for T8 CVs.. And with tier 10, you can cheat/lie/beg/blowjob your way through to not see Minotaurs/Woosters. Also you can't really play spotter as these two have longer range AA than their concealment because balans. Which makes T8 CV in T10 games extra speschul experience On positive, Lady Lex finally shows dive bomber strength, I guess dropping two bombs instead of one would be the reason Trio of TB, which have THE hardest hitting torps of entire line is almost refreshing experience as well, while Corsairs with TiTs are scalpel if you're bored with HVAR-smash. Scalpel that can dent most targets and unlike HVARs, can actually set things on fire. Though why in UK CV topic?

TB also need 10s+ to start their run and can't do much maneuvering without brutalizing their accuracy. Even BB can noticeably change their course within that timeframe

Don't unless you can cheat/lie/beg/blowjob your way through to get T6 MM only, or you like playing spotter plane and have faith in teammates to shoot the red ones. Extended version - first minutes spend locating majority of enemy team to give rough idea who goes where, play spotter and harass singled out ships, though if they are of "AA" variety expect losses anyway. US dive bombers are main tool for damaging pretty much everyone, including destroyers, so while hunt for underage ships is preferable due to game impact and economy favoring molesting them, flying into high AA blob to click DD isn't the best idea. And this is pretty much everything "CV rework" boils down to, regardless of tier, except the higher one the less forgivable it is. Play shepherd and "intervene" when herd misbehaves Or grind exp in T6 Ops, there CV remain workable.

If I remember correctly, UK bombers might saturate area with bombs but their HE pen is abysmal, to the point anything with even remotely reinforced deck is going to shrug them off. Same with rockets, a lot of 0dmg if used againt BBs So, basically inferior to USN DB and rockets unless they have other gimmick

Fighters are death sentence if you catch their attention, which seems to take about 3-5 seconds of being within range (red-orange "fighters"), if it happens you can kiss your planes goodbye unless you can drag them close to friendly AA, as they are VERY vulnerable now Dunno about that, as I had quite a few cases of few catapult fighters from IJN ships obliterating entire squadron, so 4 to 9-12 planes
