Shortening to 1 attack wing doesn't get the luxury of boost, as they "F" immediately after dropping ordnance, while boost starts about 1s after dropping ordnance. And it works on all plane types.

AR kicks in only when your planes are shot up, not when you're running around in 3/9 squadron. TA could see use, but then USN Torps are tertiary pick, while IJN have have enough speed by default. And extra range can come in handy when picking on immobile CV from afar, without getting acquainted with CAP.

Come again? And Sight.Stab is borderline useless as I was tinkering around, improvement is hardly noticeable unless you consistently misjudge lead. I've thought of replacing it with Torp Acceleration, but then I don't see what to do with last two points. And Last Gasp can be surprisingly handy early on, when dumping 1/3 of Rockets at the start, find and harass someone and get free boost to gtfo.

Because 0.5% for rockets and 2.5% for HE bombs is very worth it for 3 points... Its borderline questionable for cruisers and they usually can pump out more shells and thus roll more dices to set fires. If guy on receiving end in cruiser is paying attention even with full stealth build you might have hard time landing fishes on him. On other hand, 2nd/3rd line BBs are prime target as more often they don't pay attention. After all, planes usually get spotted by guys in front of him... right? right? Why is sonar operator sweating all out of a sudden?

Tylko "balans" premkowych CV się skończył i zostały wypuszczone do sprzedaży, mimo, nie zakończonego balansowania lotnisk jako klasy. Więc jakiekolwiek "globalne" zmiany do lotnisk, zwłaszcza w kierunku "nerf" będą się odbijać srogim echem wśród tych co kupili premkową deskę do prasowania -
I run maxed camo and it works on US/IJN, though on Implantable you might prefer FCM1, adding two planes in reserve and cutting replenishment a bit instead camo. That said, Impla is tied worst with Lady Lex in terms of camo, even more so with FCM1 and she's tad slower. So running away might not be as obvious should flank collapse.

Reality is, whatever playerbase will come up will be a waste of keyboard as WG went too far in rabbit hole of theirs and crawling back isn't an option for their pride. Also I can't imagine boss being happy about news of "CV rework fail" and dev team going back to drawing board, while unable to count all the premium CV monies. -

Whole lot of noise about "top tier CV OP" would be negated by flattening plane hp pool and AA. If planes of same nation would have, lets say, around 1k hp on all tiers, but with tiers up would go amount of planes in squadron. AA DPS would remain about the same across the tiers, but amount of flak would go up. Keep in mind, larger squadron is usually less maneuverable, add to that some changes to flak placement and it might just work. Yes, it would create lulz like Pensacola matching Des Memes in dps, though latter would have range advantage due to more modern 5" and 3" AA, as she have now. But it would be considerably closer to balance instead currently Lexington shipping on Pensacola, while having hard time against DM. -
Kektuzov initially had 16km range or so, current 19km is result of her getting buff to "compensate" AFT no longer working on CL guns.

Problem w tym, że nawet jeżeli "feedback" wyjdzie z EU do Sankt Petersburga to i tak trafi do niszczarki jak się nie pokrywa z szlachetną wizją gry przez studio. Taki Graf Zeppelin, po reworku musi mieć koniecznie dynks czy inny gimmick w postaci zapier... szybkich samolotów, ale jego dotychczasowe, planowane i ikoniczne Stukasy nie bardzo pasują do nowego stylu, wkońcu wczesnowojenne maszyny które na pewno nie słynęły z prędkości. To zamiast zmienić dynks lotniska lub zepchnąć na tier 6, gdzie i samoloty by się zgadzały i GZ miałby użycie w Operacjach, to zmienili słynne Stuki na coś rodem z mokrego snu fanbojów niemieckiej myśli technicznej. Ale w sklepie wciąż widnieje startująca Stuka -

There are plenty of Spotter Clevelands anyway, so you think it would change anything? Though BFT/AFT bonus could be halved for guns 139mm+ to make them tad less obvious pick. I'm tempted to say AFT for 280mm+ guns would decrease dispersion, but that would make skill a no brainer for any BB.

Same applies to all munitions spent and not on target. Shells even on tier 10 are on cheap end, but torps, especially Shima can be surprisingly expensive if you have knack for not landing anything. And if wiki is of any value, tier 10 CV + Saipan pays 1600cr per attack plane lost. So you've lost 29 planes Not mentioning ancient times, when T10 CV sunk had 360k credits repair bill + whatever planes lost

Its not like you couldn't use intermediate plane configs. If tier 4 CV uses planes A, tier 6 uses B as stock and C as top, then tier 5 could use plane A as stock and B as top -

And chances of your rant changing skill operation because of one carrier benefiting too much from it are about as likely as me getting raise tomorrow With that logic, SE also should have greater impact on UK carriers as they are actually entire line built around "quality over quantity" idea. Which would be okay approach for balancing if not glorious catapult/CAP mechanics
