WG can and at times is willing to use power of copy/paste. But thats reserved for low effort weeb stuff (Arpeggio, HSF*, AL), while half of new proper premium ship development time is finding gimmick for it *With exception of Harekaze, which was genuinely good and seemingly balanced idea. I almost wonder why Poiwagon isn't a testbed for limited torps - she would have one or two reloads only, but in return she would use Shima/Zao/Kitagumo 12km torps. Throw single launch and some gun buffs to that -
To be honest, since stock planes got thorough buffs in one of early hotfixes, its not so bad. Just don't make mistake of getting 4TB "upgrade" first Actually, you could argue top rockets and bombers on Haku are of a sidegrade - you gain miniscule hp and some speed at expense or replacement time. Strike potential is unchanged. Midway gains more from upgrading planes

Because sound, balanced ship is too mainstream. That or WG still haven't recovered from Prinz Eugen "fiasco". After all, clone can't get any more balanced and yet ship seemingly failed to sell, even after buff. So they decided gimmick is their new religion -

I wouldn't be surprised if concept of "shipgirls" using, well, 3d girls, especially with with "flairs" used by 2d counterparts would grab surprising amount of traction. Although that would get quickly get rated 18+ Although I can't compute normal girl with animal traits like cat ears and whatnot -
Wieże są takie same jak u Retardieu, więc powtarzające się trafienia z odpowiednio dużych armat wkońcu je zniszczą, zwłaszcza <15km. Przy czym pancerz przedni tych wież jest nielichy, 430mm i 400mm barbeta, porównywalne do NC. Oczywiście rosnąca ilość papierowych armat o przebiciu zbliżonym, jak nie większym od Yamato nie pomaga w tej kwestii (Republika, Conqueror/457, Kreml)

Frankly, something like 20/44/73, as long/mid/short with values possibly being as simply as dps divided by 10 could work just fine. And certainly provide bit more info than "it haz guns, it pew pew"

This is problem of WG coming up with such brainfart of a "description". Like in any other WG game, "43 survivability", "62 firepower" doesn't say jack ship about what to expect from tank/plane/ship/whatever.

Gadjah Mada, Z-23 and Lightning have the same horn. Horn, which on very short blasts reminds me somehow of whales and not ones with too much money to spend. Charles Martel with halloween camo sounds extra asthmatic though.

"massive damage" - best Ranger can do is drop 3 bombs for 9k dmg total, assuming everything hit unsaturated areas. And AA is set to enable at least one drop on pretty much any target at expense of entire squadron. Assuming it was Ranger, not @El2aZeR in his Enty nevermind, somehow read T5 as T8 Though looking at this doesn't bode well about your understanding of the game mechanics

I wouldn't be surprised if even Ryujo will be able to APbomb hightier BBs because penetration never was an issue. Ranger (and anything with 38mm+ HE pen) can cit with bombs Piotr Vielky due to exposed 38mm citadel next to 4th turret as I've shockingly found outwhere is russian bias when you need it -

With KGV you can get along by slinging HE at everything, with DoY you can get tempted by using these AP shells. Combined with normal, 30s reload any cases of "awww he went bow on" with AP loaded might not work as expected. Dunno if "shoot the red ones" is any particular playstyle

Same playstyle, KGV gets 5s quicker reload and one heal extra but loses American Piercing, American grade AA and hydro consumable for plane options

HVARs already pen 32mm, with IFHE all you would gain is 41mm HE pen, so USN BB decks, Alaska and whatwasitmidtierruskieBB with 40mm amidship and deck. Its not OP when its premium

Enty FFARs seems to have better dispersion than Lexway HVARs, negating disadvantage of 2 less rockets/plane and touch less dmg/rocket. And then Enty can carry out 4th attack run Oh and Enty have balans replacement times, so plane casualties are borderline irrelevant unless you lose everything at once. Repeatedly. And hard.

Dunkierka i Richelieu mówią cześć... Francuskim 380mm nie brakuje im przebicia, brakuje im overmatcha do pełnoprawnego klepania krążowników. Ja bym proponował zapoznać się z srebrną siostrzyczką JB - Richelieu. Ten sam okręt bez magicznej pelotki i guzika szybkiego przeładowania artylerii głównej. Jak się z Ryszardiu polubisz, to JB powininen być prostym wyborem.

UK and IJN carriers would be main benefactors of IFHE. Not so much Haku, as she have 30mm HE pen, just right for cruiser molestation, but UK rockets in Auda quantity might be extra balans. Also it would fix Auda HE bombs in terms of penetration. No so much Implantable though.

The way I see it, if ship have good dps, then MAA. If dps is lacking and you still want to buff AA, AFT *might* be better choice to improve lethality of flak should they ever find their mark.
