Funny, because number of 12v12 BB battles I've found myself in was DEFINITION of campfest. Why move anywhere when you're not threatened by torps, HEspammers, carriers and whatnot? Just point bow towards enemy, pop youtube and alt-tab back into game every 30s or so. And yes, battleships can't go to other flank in 30s. But they can send their shells there in less than 15s with higher chance of massive damage than carrier. Every 30 seconds. Without worry of running out of planes. And with some island abuse they can fire them unnoticed. Try divebombing someone unspotted

Thank god planes aren't flying at near stall speeds to start with... oh wait Thank god battleships don't have 20km range and options to increase it even further. And their shells can be shot down by AA... oh wait

I'd like to see button to play without noobs. It would solve half the issues. And spawn dozen new ones

Because WG have long standing tradition of ignoring user feedback and keeping to pure, cold stats and whatever their interpretation is. And announced changes are mostly negative for carriers, depending how new DB dispersion pans out. Few hundred disgruntled voices on the forum, reddit, maybe even some of these players leaving is nothing to 5, if not 6 digit gains from premium CV sale alone. Its literally case of "you can't please everyone" and "why kill golden goose" And then there is potential for massive gains from releasing WoWs on consoles with copy/pasted CV mechanics.

So are Frenchies, with only three battleships made in steel. Because incomplete tech trees are bad for business. Otherwise Clan Battles would be World of Yamatos, Worcesters and Des Moines. And occasional suicidal Shimakaze and Gearing. Sounds like game in open beta, when only USN and IJN were available Besides, War Thunder avoids "papercraft" whenever possible... And I'd say that works for the worse, as for Aerial Combat, anything other than Sabre/MiG and their supersonic followups is chaff. Pure flying exp to be farmed. Same with tanks, any other branch NOT having OP toys at their disposal is simply... discouraged from playing. -
And yet, despite all the "carriers OP" your own carrier experience is... sad. Below your average, and yet you want to nerf them more.

Still, RNGer is tad too fragile for low cost mid-high map fleet. I don't quite play sub part of the game, simply because I can't get arsed to grind another set of ASW gear. Also Chaser fed to the grinder because back then Subs were long unknown "when" for EN, also why another Bogue Oh well, I guess remaining gems will go for port expansion. Still, for a complete f2p expanding Dorm to 5, 3rd seat in Classroom and still having 1.1k gems in reserve isn't that bad for mobile game -
Considering Engine Boost is about to give flat increase, presumably without scaling from skills and upgrades, I wonder if suddenly Air Group Mod2 (+7.5% hp) doesn't become more viable than speed upgrade.

Not that big of a deal, as I can finally get around to bringing ships to 100lvl. Mogami twins and Takao will see some action besides commisions, maybe I'll get FurryKako as some lowcost something. And IIRC they have REEEtrofits as well. Though I dunno wat do with Ranger, Longie and Bogue. Former is obsoleted by carriers proper, even when retro'd, latter are too glass to use and lack Shoho/Unicorn healing -
Limiting to single CV per team besides issues with queue time can provide MM farts like 4v4 games with CV simply to push CV players from the queue. Not quite sure you would want that

The more I read into it, it might be a good change - allows precise drops on CV part but gives window for evasion for surface peasants. Tack to that no dispersion penalty on maneuvering and we might have a deal I wonder if it applies to IJN AP bombers too

How to nerf premiums on global scale post release 101 Also direct nerf to plane survivability, because they will spend more time in AA. DPS output nerf because longer cycling times. And more importantly, no longer 220kts on Haku TB

700m arming distance wouldn't be so bad, but dmg reduction removal AND their flight altitude on flak level still makes them extra useless On other hand, 2s between attacks means Flying Shima might be back in business inb4 Enty gets 4/12 DB squadrons for balancing reasons.

IIRC Alt key controls "Alternative interface mode", which I advise setting to Full in Options->Controls
