Working as intended camrade. Well, one solution for balancing premiums I can think of is their availability by doubloons only. You want X? Buy doubloons. Don't like premium ship balance changes? Sell her for doubloons, maybe add month period of increased doubloon sale price due to change, lets say 75% of value instead 50%, as "good will" or somesuch. And WG should be sort of covered, as players spent their money on doubloons, not premium ship directly But obviously that would prevent WG from releasing whale bundles on the store though they could add whale bundles for doubloons in Arsenal Armory. @MrConway @Crysantos any chance for your comment on that idea?

For sub to be even remotely effective, it would have to spawn directly in front of enemy fleet. Guess which class have speed and depth charges on board. Heck, you never know what WG will do with alternate CV line, vaguely hinted as support. Sonar buoys? Aerial depth charges?

For "dps" alone to be effective we're talking about dps higher than plane hp. Only one ship have such capability, AA specced Minotaur and only against T8 CVs whose she obliterates on the spot besides abusing dmg reduction/immunity mechanics.

AA dps is still tied to amount of guns, now with tier bonus. Because back then tier 8 in T10 game had too easy it seems, so WG tacked dps bonus per mount based on ship tier And as long "having more guns means more pew pew", BBs will keep their AA dps advantage, with cruisers having temporary bump in shape of DFAA. Which before could scatter attacks, even lowliest Takao class in T10 game could deny Midway/Haku successful attack run. Now? you can kiss your arse goodbye, painted in red Though +200% flak dmg bonus for DDs can prove extraordinarily fatal if it spawns in right time and place.

Still, its the boost speed that matters for attacks.

I've postulated few times already. Remove all the ships, add uniform "tier 1", "tier 2", "tier 3" etc and let players buy/grind skins for them. 100% balans would be achieved that way.
