You know, if Yoshie or Salem were better than silver ships, forums and REEEddit would be up and arms chanting "p2w" in unison. On other hand, the best reload (and thus dpm?) among large cruisers as well meaty torpedo complement make Yoshino "unique enough" IMO. And again, DD caliber guns on T10 cruiser, even with IFHE isn't going to be terribly effective besides flamethrower experience.

Well, from DD fleet of mine only Zed is of any significant level, with remaining starters just entered 90lvl territory. Atlanta sisters are surprisingly adept at ASW tho, kekworthy as they had no ASW equipment IIRC -
And then she lost main gun range as well IFHE nerf looms on the horizon. Not that standard issue, Russian, Bias, mk.130 benefits much from it at tier 10 though. Yoshie sort of straddles gap between Zao and IFHEnri, with issues of her own, so...

You know, talking what properties Salem camouflage had during battle of Wateroo is of little relevance today besides some trivia Salem, just like other T10 prems doesn't have increased credit coefficient like other premium ships, they rely entirely on their permanent camo to do the job

Since when mentioning T8 having gunpower of a T9 ship is "bringing tier 9s in discussion, thats only +1 MM"? Are you trying to say T8 are overpowered because they often have similar firepower to Tier 9? Or tier 9 are underpowered for that matter -

Considering Kiev (and especially Tashkent) have quite better range than Kebab and doesn't enjoy full AP pens, you could argue if Kebab is truly and improvement. Not mentioning Kiev and Tash can safely take Concealment upgrade due to not having BB tier rudder shift time, which paired with 8km torps makes them actually usable. Lightning/Cossack meme 5.5km detection with gunpower not to be trifled with, Benson have the same gunpower as Fletcher, which in turn isn't far off from Gearing. Any T8 BB can bowtank with the best of them when no Yamato is around and everyone of them except Monarch have range to at least do something in case of worst campfiesta possible. And even 380mm guns have enough punch to make overconfident cruisers or broadside BBs reconsider threat evaluation. Or heck, set some fires even. -
Primary question, you want credit printer or just fun tier 10 boat? T10 premiums, that is Yoshino, Stalingrad and Salem does NOT have improved credit earnings, all they have is tier 10 premium paint, giving 20% extra credits and halving their maintenance cost (which is already halved, so you pay 45k per battle). Any money they generate comes from next to no expenses If you want credit printer, then Jean Bart or Georgia. Yoshino is almost entirely long range HE slinging large cruiser with meaty torpedo complement, both meme 20km torps and actually usable 12km ones but her extra high citadel makes her very punishing when someone gets a glimpse of your citadel. Salem is literally Des Moines with consumables reshuffled and no short range AA. She has British lol heal, making her arguably better at surface combat but loses on Radar, having only 8.5km range. On other hand, Salem can replace radar with hydro, which enables you to have DFAA and hydro at the same time

Except not really. DDs of tier 8 almost universally have concealment advantage over tier 10, battleships of T8 only Yamato class have truly to worry about. Only cruisers and carriers are getting short end of the stick when uptiered, though former can always resort to island abuse for some damage farming. -
You can blame CV REEEwork many things, but wonky matchmaking during early morning hours isn't one of them

Modern Warfare 2 had and still have AFAIK tactical nuke as 25 kill streak "bonus", which also secured win for the user.

DM retains her brutal AP, have solid, no nonsense turret layout with great rear firing arc and no need for IFHE, so points can be spend elsewhere. Wooster on other hand is opposite - 1/3 firepower when bow on, to make use of forward turrets needs to show not small amount of broadside and needs 4 points into IFHE, which, if change gets through, will slash fire chance in half.
