And how exactly you know detailed works of my version of "manual AA" when I haven't wrote it down, as writing suggestion and feedback for WG is bigger waste of keyboard than trolling you and that's quite an achievement Spawn cost for aircraft was increased considerably due to incessant player REEE feedback about OP planes and "if I want to play planes I'd go air". So, guy who learned how to aim with BB guns and deletes ships left right and center is fine, but other guy who spent his time mastering AA is a no go? Besides back in 2018 Halloween event, subs had variable depth when submerged, IIRC even there was achievement for going for maximum depth. But looking at Gamescon reveal, submerged depth is set on -50 meters. You can't crash dive manually to evade derp charges, but there will be consumable that will do that for you It all boils down to players wanting to delete aircraft threat without putting any effort to it, so they can pew pew at boats in peace, which sounds like pre 0.8.7 Minotaur to me. So, next step as "quality of life" would be automatic torpedo evasion? Automatic gunnery? Both, so you can play tetris in peace?

Assuming War Thunder approach, you point crosshair at the sky and all available AA opens fire when you find location of left mouse button, then it would be basically case of finding the lead. Just like in Battlefield when manning an AA gun And in case you've missed it, "automatically generated flak" gives you just enough time to react. With manual aim one might actually learn how2flak and spawn them closer to the squadron, if not outright into the squadron. And yet, somehow players cope with operating WSAD keys, mouse, aiming their guns, switching to torps as well evading them... mostly.

Well, the same could be said about old Ctrl+click on plane or 1st gen Sector thingy. Though you could time in side switches to maximize dps. With new Sector, if you see slingshot coming, you can wait with activation to not waste initial hit on immunity frames.

If you have Atlanta/Flint, then that would be closest ship in playstyle IMO to Smolensk - glass, many but small guns, though russian get russian ballistics. And there is still risk of Smol getting nerfed, if not from Spreadshiet data showing imbalans, then from "(BB) playerbase feedback". They removed stealth firing based on that, so enough whine and Smolensk can get hit as well with nerf or two

S_O confirmed in REEEddit Q&A coal/fxp ships are "not immune to balance checks" unless they are offered for cash as well. So if you want to be on safe side, Jean Bart or Georgia. Which are also coincidentally battleships, so more forgiving to play and less likely to get nerf via "global change" And these two battleships perfectly fit into "self contained fighting unit" - they have speed, Speed Boost to overcome their clumsiness, armor, heals, decent to great AA, some secondaries for memes, range and good guns, either of overmatch variety or with MBRB for rapid citadel extraction

Keep in mind you have glorious Russian programmering here, for example gpu in port goes batship full overdrive and WG still can't be arsed to deal with that I'd run FurMark (I think it was) for 15min just to be sure Other thing coming to mind, you can try underclock GPU a bit in driver settings, -50MHz for starters and see how that goes

Quality meth camrade Looks like VRAM failing or overheating, not sure if you can measure VRAM temps though. Try running some GPU oriented stability tests I guess?

If you mean World of Warships ones, they aren't skins - they are separate ships. And they are no longer obtainable as collab concluded in 2016 and unless new contract will be signed, they are not coming back. Maybe some mods will let you apply their skins over "regular" counterparts. Salem Keep in mind tier 10 "premiums" don't have increased credit gains, they only have tier 10 premium paint for that.

Especially as it was hotfix of 0.8.0.1 that shifted focus from flak to dps So pure "flak AA" lasted for whole week.
