Any DD with flak option, though DFAA cranks up flak damage to be actually instakill. Requirement: cooperating CV player to actually fly into them. -

Its handy. Both to keep hull closer to the frontline, shortening rotation and lowering plane concealment. Though main benefactor of full camo build are IJN TB, capable of stalking Minotaurs and Woosters unspotted as well able to do sudden torpedo runs.

The way I understand it, its feature of Balansprise pretty much ignoring any A/D input in terms of dispersion. Which in case of DB, I guess enables her to do 90 degree turns during bombing run and still drop bombs on target
