Tier 7 have 2nd highest gun DPM in entire line You will notice "undergunned" especially on Fanta as she is literally outgunned by Kagero. Mogador also suffers from that, but 8gun salvo have at least some initial punch to it. On positive, from Fanta onwards you will have ballistics to match that extra range. And range you will need when carriers around. Or [insert tier 10 cruiser with railguns]... which is like every one of them except DM and Wooster.

Because going max camo can give you wrong idea of doing DD things You play them (past tier 8 at least) all out Russian, unless you have other DD proper to enter caps. Then you can shove that baguette EXTRA hard with MBRB

You've yet to see Midway HVARs in that regard. HVARs are fine for BB or even CV sized target with <33mm plating, which narrows down to... not many targets if you want to apply maximum spank per run.

If I want to spank some lolitiers I can do it just fine without "losing progress" gimmick On other hand TiTs have MUCH better accuracy, to the point they are straight up better than HVARs on Midway.

RU torpedo reaction time is also similar to those French "railgun fishes" And handling wise, both Mogador and Tashkent are Big F Gun(boats) with size of an early cruiser and both handle as one.

To be honest Kiev and Tashkent CAN stealth torp if you actually spec for camo, while still having heal and better sustained gun dpm.

Keep in mind WoT added customization of theirs only after they expended majority of possible (and impossible) tank lines to be added.
