Now check speeds during maneuvers FYI, even average potato doesn't seem to have an issue landing hits on my Kleber when going 55kts with typical tier 10 railguns, so instead speed sudden direction changes might be more beneficial for evasion. Something neither Khaba and Groz are decent at.

Getting "1941" and then "1952" hulls can backfire at you spectacularly, as with each refit Błyskawica lost some of her speed. While getting "mini Akizuki" sounds fun, you would get one without magic HE pen, without shell velocity and more importantly, without current Błyskawica speed. With first refit, where she got 4x2 102mm, it reduced speed to +-35kts. Last refit, where she got Russian 100mm B-24 guns and other stuff brought speed down to 33kts

I wouldn't mind spending on AL, as its rare case of not ridiculously overmonetized game, especially of mobile variety and quite fun at that. But alas, I see nothing that would trigger me for buying stuff, as all "important" stuff like dorm, academy and dock expansion you can cover by free gems from simply playing the game and even then I was able to afford single skin, which while nice and jiggly, still left sour aftertaste of ill spent currency Souryu story starts quite kek -

I might remember wrong, but back in the World of Tanks day, someone put one of most prominent (Russian) streamers/community contributors in charge of tank balancing. Lets say "heavy armor meta" followed afterwards very shortly with such finely balanced examples like Obj 268v4 -

Except arming distance is function of torpedo speed and arming time as when you put Torp Acceleration on CV, arming distance increases -
If WG went as far as bribing players to bring new ones with live cash, then "new players" must be few and far between. Hence all out focus on existing playerbase and milk them as much as possible before entire thing collapses.

WoWs saturated its niche market years ago, everyone even remotely interested in boats heard or played WoWs. And WG tried even paying live cash for recruiting new players, which failed miserably. And then you have glorious CV REEEwork, which can't be balanced without screwing one or the other. And after more than half a year of swinging pendulum back and forth, it stopped at CV side, as when it was on other side CV playerbase went back in numbers to pre rework values, jeopardizing whole endeavor That and balancing fuckups like Hosho, Enterprise and (almost there) Kaga. And I'm afraid you're in the illusion, if you think WG even pretends to care about "player feedback". -
Nope. You will simply stop collecting them from daily containers. Should you have several collections at the same time, then you have to pick one you'd want to get first.

LWM mentions somewhat lackluster firing arcs Le Fanta have somewhat different firing arcs, that is P turret can fire 12 degrees off axis forward and 46 degrees backward. BUT, forward firing arc can be achieved at distances above 6km, as gun needs to clear Oerlikon. Same story with X turret, needs distance over 9km to fire at "advertised" 34 degrees off axis forward. Question is, does Trollible have such variable firing arcs, based on range? -
HE projectiles require direct hit do deal damage, but their area of effect can cause module damage (engine/rudder/AA/main/secondary gun) when projectile lands close enough. Also it can trigger detonation, should one not have anti det flag and be EXTRA unlucky. If HE shatters, all you can hope for is fire damage and module damage

Take second look at my screenshot. WoWs captain skills are NOT skill trees RPG style, where to unlock meteor you have to unlock fireball first. They are just arbitrarily grouped by WG.

You don't have to. You need to unlock at least single skill of preceding tier skill to unlock next tier though, thus you can't go for Concealment straight out of the box, you need to "work your way through" by purchasing tier 1, 2 and 3 skills. But only one is required to unlock next tier. Keep in mind captain ends gathering points at 19lvl and past 14lvl exp breakpoints get... Intimidating. So you can't afford putting skills here, there and nowhere unless you have too many doubloons to spare Also I'd advise on focusing getting single captain up to maximum level - once you reach that, any exp gathered with this captain goes into "elite exp" pool, which then can be used for leveling and retraining new captains.

And you've made critical mistake when picking skills, no Last Stand on destroyer. Last Stand enables ship rudder and engine to remain operational, even if at reduced efficiency. Better than sailing in circles because last shell hit jammed rudder Baseline DD skill set up should look like this: Priority Target - I find information someone is aiming at me invaluable, also when counter drops down and then goes up, you know someone switched to torps, presumably launched them and went back to guns. Preventative Maintenance is okay, but you still have chance for engine kill. Last Stand as above - engine and rudder remain operational Survivability Expert - having faster reload on guns on torps is nice, but dead ship don't fire back. And on extraordinarily squishy ships you will find any extra hp welcome Concealment Expert - as above, see but do not be seen.
