Dispersion formula is the same as on any other cruiser, though there is a "lock on" bug going on for quite some time. Basically if ship you were aiming at disappears and then reappears, interface suggests you still have lock on, but somehow dispersion bonus from said lock on isn't applied. Basically unlock and lock again to fix that.

Not so much pointless, as skill being literally working as intended - when you have the skill and somebody aims at you with main guns selected, you get number of people aiming at you. When they switch to torps, number goes down as, well, torpedoes =/= main guns. Which you can play around, by sailing on torpedoes selected most of the time, switching to guns when you actually intend on using them. Also you can play mind games, pretending to launch torps (show broadside, switch to torps, wait two-three sec, go back to guns) and then launch torps properly. As much as I consider Fushun and following Gadjah Mada one of the best multipurpose DDs at their own tier, tier 8 onwards are unfortunately simply inferior variants of USN ships, so you might want to reconsider starting another line there.

27% would be fine on any even moderately sized doubloon pack that can get you decent ship. But not on package you burn to respec and retrain single captain.

But +-10% discount WG carried out few weeks ago (on ALL items, not just doubloons) doesn't really fit into "almost 30%" EDIT comparing WoT gold and WoWs doubloon prices, this "mythical" 30% discount applies to... 1k doubloons pack, with next being 500db pack with 27% discount. The bigger package, the lesser discount, with no price change whatsoever for 30.5k pack. So in theory, "almost 30%" fits. But I don't see many people buying multitude of 1k packs to get premium ship from the armory. Which nets less doubloons per currency than larger packs anyway.

Also she handles almost like Pepsicola, have "normal" turret traverse and plenty of range should severe uptiering occur. Also can participate in Narai PvE operation for some casual farming. Tier 6 won't bring you as many credits as you would hope for. Still, completing Anniversary directives will give you container with guaranteed tier 6 ship and then there is risk of finding ship in supercontainers you pick up along the way.

Kagero have hp in line with normal destroyers, that is Benson and Lightning. Only large destroyers in shape of Z-23, Kiev and Fantasque class have more, while two of these "large destroyers" are casually outgunned by "japanese torpedo boat", as if having 1km concealment advantage wasn't enough

Both yolo and searching for new lifeforms in A1 aren't examples of good gameplay. And just because teamwork in randoms is a curse word, doesn't mean you have to throw games for others. Play for yourself but do your damnest to win within capabilities of your boat.

This is why for doing dumb stuff you have coop. In randoms, you're stuck with 11 other players quite a number of which prefer to win instead yolo their way through.
