Definitely you'd want to capitalize on AP, also she can get away without IFHE as she has 29mm base HE pen.

Mogador have one turret with "bad" firing arcs. Something Kleber fixes, as she have entire broadside with as little as 24 degrees off axis. Khaba needs 40?

At angle you're safe from AP, you can't use your rear turrets, somewhat hampering your damage output.

Same as your average Russian cruiser, long range support. And she uses the same guns as on Donskoi... no. Kirov, Molotov and Donskoi use the same guns and shells, Kirov just runs at reduced charge, hence (much) slower shell velocity.

Only RU cruiser that makes EM kinda mandatory is Moskva, rest of the line have comfortable turret traverse, more than adequate to keep guns on target during maneuvers (my checkbox whether EM is needed)

Baseline build goes like PT or PM, depending if you want to know how many aims at your or still roll dice on crit dmg AR or EM, first being no brainer skill to crank up damage output as you take beating, latter if you find turret traverse inadequate SI or Demo, first if you have useful consumables (looking at you, Heal, present on UK cruisers and all cruisers from tier 9 onward), latter to crank up fire chance a bit. CE for obvious reasons. If you're playing light cruiser, that is with guns of 152mm or similar, from tier 6-7 onward you might want IFHE skill sooner than later, as with tiers up you will start meeting more and more ships immune to your HE (tier 6+ battleships, tier 8+ cruisers). Russian 180mm also benefit from IFHE, but not as much on Kirov as on Donskoi.

Even during lowest of CV population, be it RTS or REEEwork, most BB players refused to get their ships scratched anyway. Simple reason, most people prefer to fire, not be fired upon If anything, rare MM brainfarts like 12v12 battleship games shows people will camp simply because they can. Spotting was raised repeatedly as an issue. Was it fixed? No? Then its working as intended. Which is presumably WG way of hitting two birds with single stone - REEEworking CV and reducing impact of those bloody pesky unicums, flanking, firing from island cover and launching torps at unsuspecting main audience in battleships WG tried to introduce initial delay before CV could take squadrons off, it was scrapped about as fast as it appeared on PTS

Comparing WoT gold to WoWs doubloons prices, the bigger pack, the smaller the discount. Basically WG standarized doubloons per currency with biggest 30.5k pack. 1000db and 500db having the greatest "discount", because they were the most overpriced -
I see nothing wrong with derpstroyers, you just don't throw them at the enemy Death Korps of Krieg style. But that applies to all ship classes so And I don't see why one would prefer to play subs, when DDs can carry out sneaky torpedo runs just fine and can actually GTFO when things get interesting. Also DDs aren't shoehorned into single armament type, they can pew pew just fine

You could... back in 2016, when "stealth firing" was a thing. 30m*[gun caliber] was the rule, so actually quite a number of DDs and few cruisers had margin for stealth firing with maxed out camo alone. Now, any range extension automatically increases detection radius when firing.

Guns are the same, but with not insignificant 1s faster reload, 5s instead 6s. Also 13s faster torp reload AA is putting me off from purchase. Its not like Fanta will shoo shoo carrier away, but at least can knock fighters off within single battle timespan. Something you can't really do, looking at dps values and ranges of Trollible. -

I've already had few battles where that extra heal was do-or-die scenario, so I'll stick with that Also had quite a few battles in Cossack/Lighty with CV having enough hard on for me I've run out of base 6 smokes. And it helps with occasional pew pew without posing much of torpedo threat, given it dissipates before torps are close and then there is eternal Hydro

Because I don't have Darling yet Darling on paper have meaty reload, but it still remain a slow ship and basically locked into one build if you want functional HE (PT LS SE CE IFHE SI AR) and she have mediocre concealment to boot. Mogador can certainly cripple Kita within duration of MBRB, killing outright... unlikely. And then finishing off might cost you uncomfortable amount of hp, as baseline DPM is lower than Yugumo
