Propulsion mod is extra handy when you get sudden torpedo spread incoming, as it gives massive engine output spike to get from standstill to 5-6kts in no time, which at times can be enough to make difference between "muh stern" and "that was close". Also improves speed recovery whenever you do hard turn, especially with cutting speed down to tighten radius

Mogami/203 is perfectly serviceable in terms of gameplay, as she has improved firing arcs as well hallmark IJN cruiser accuracy, so you can get exp towards Ibuki that way. Keep in mind, whole reason to keep Mogami is her 155mm config, preferably with IFHE. If you want tier 8 heavy cruisers, I'd say there are better options than Mogami/203.

Also I have odd suspicion Lady Lex Corsairs literally reuse one of WoWp Corsair camouflages (one with pseudo lightnings on wingtips).
