Not really, as almost every player I've checked up when venturing into lowtiers already had next CV researched and played in their stat sheet. So its basically case of why actually pay attention to AA, when you can have fun and engaging times in tier 4 CV?

Yes. Which have absolutely no game impact besides energy retention and slightly higher damage, compared to other shells of the same caliber. You still need to be past 20km to stop ricocheting off the decks. -

2nd default hotkey is tylde (`), next to "1". Why its not advertised by default is beyond me. -
I think you can see enemies being pink by bringing team table and then hovering over enemy names.

Rockets are the same. You simply throw 18 of them instead 8, but with appropriately increased dispersion, so practical accuracy against DDs remain about the same. Cruisers they can spank just fine tho.

maybe this is "El2aZeR nerf" @MrConway talked about? It sounds just like typical WG balancing, instead removing source of problem they make sure its simply not fun to play with.
