Zuikek snowballing with her buff is all fine and dandy with Shokek set up more as support CV, but 50% quicker first airstrike is hard to argue with. Obviously you can slapdash Enty with Essex/Formidable/Centaur for potentially better anti boss CV package. But then, more than one CV would be an idea for 12 or 13 map to clear plane waves, otherwise baBBies seems to be more reliable and certainly can handle yolo boats And then considerably underage SoDak trio pretty much ignores plane damage in 12-4

    Except Mino/Nep gameplay haven't changed much. Be aware of radars, smoke firing penalty and if you're OMEGA EXTRA unlucky, IJN carrier specced for stealth who just feels like trolling you via stealth spotting.

    For average random battle duration, where you kinda want to pull out some results you can throw your ship two or three times in Coop so I'm not so sure about that. And its not like Yoshino and the likes have any meaningful repair costs, with Yoshie being actually good at yolo gameplay with her torps being usually ready when you need them

    Still, entire broadside salvo of some light cruisers can result in 10k damage or more, when all shells connect with unsaturated sections or score multiple citadel hits. But for "10k dmg per shell" you need battleship grade munitions.

More elaborate sector was proposed months ago, I think even I come up with three directions - port, starboard, stern, as well "directional" AA dps increase, either based on actual LoS of AA guns or simplified "50%dps only when bow/aft and 100% when broadside". Did it happened or was even ackgnowledged?
  12. Overmatch is all fine and dandy, but you still need to arm the bloody fuse And "plunging fire" will simply ricochet off the citadel roof unless its from far enough to not do that.
  13. Mino suffers from citadel sticking out, otherwise landing any AP pens on her 16mm plating with overmatching guns is like chrismas - doesn't happen regularly
  14. You mean buffing it, so AP pen will become almost impossible to achieve? Except its a buff against large caliber AP shells. And I'm almost certain WG will give Smolensk a lol heal to "compensate" for the "nerf"

    They have biggest hp because hp is calculated off ship displacement and then adjusted if necessary You can't "draw fire" from teammates without becoming only one target to fire at or shittalking your way through enemy ranks.

    And then there is issue of concept of "tanking" damage in WoWs being kinda broken - as battleship you can't make enemy fire at you instead high(er) value target, not without getting chatbanned in return at least. You can't physically block incoming damage due to nature of warships and "moving forward to draw fire" is simply overextending with likely you going back to port. And if enemy still prefers to fire at you instead spotted DD or broadside cruiser... Its their fault, not your "good play". If anything, best "tanks" in terms of drawing attention would be open water gunboats like Russian and French as well French cruisers, buzzing around at full speed and engine boost roaring.

    Stockpile on +Free Exp camouflages and signal flags, those tend to be given away during various events or from daily Signal containers, participating in Public Test also is rewarded with signals and camouflages, look on main website for announcements. I think Campaigns had among rewards number camouflages and signals. To get the most out of them, you'd want to use them during event with increased daily 1st win, like +100% or higher for those juicy "+10k Free Exp" battle results, even better if you happen to have active Premium Account. Obviously, you need to win for that to happen, so Divisions, be it for randoms or PvE Operations, if you want somewhat easy way of farming. And it doesn't have to be premium ships, any ship you happen to have at the time will do, though PvE Operations tend to favor battleships and cruisers, as destroyers simply don't have enough dakka to clean up enemies fast enough.

    No hydro, no DFAA, no smoke and only 10km gun range... not really Also if formula for reaction time is correct ([torp_detection/([torp_speed]*2.6)*1000) both Ikea destroyers will have... 8.1s reaction time
