    On second thought, idea of merging AA and secondaries upgrades/skills into one somehow sits well with me. Even without "penalties", their main penalty still will be not having main gun oriented benefits.

    Once more, you enter hall of fame the moment you complete 7th directive, not purchase the PR. So any purchases would involve premium account at best. Or for extra desperate, signal/camo packs. But then buying out PR might end up cheaper.

    I'd say PR is THE noob friendly "cruiser" due to completely underwater citadel and equally balans 71k hp. Economy wise, T10 "special" ships don't print as much credits as tier 8 or 9, but you have to play extra speschul to go negative on a ship with 45k maintenance cost. @_Conan_Librarian_ Consider premium paint on DM/Wooster, as IMO premium US cruisers are nothing special, outside of farming Narai in Atlanta

    More like Indy current state would be closest to @Bear_Necessities version of "balanced" you could achieve in REEEwork frame. But at the same time (given my experience in Impla) they would be ridiculously not fun to play with. Which while would solve CV issue in this game by bringing airborne playerbase to zero, it doesn't quite sit well with WG

    Not for WG, after all its kinda hard to sell players utter garbage But (thankfully) WG consider REEEwork done, so forget about getting any major alterations. If anything, expect lip service buffs and nerfs, as it was in the most broken case, Hosho.

    Core temps might be fine, but unless you can confirm VRAM temps to be within spec, its as good guess as any. And graphic card makers tend to skimp on VRM/RAM cooling in cheaper models Even more so as main heat source in computer is GPU, chugging 150-300W of power, compared to 70-120W in CPU (assuming stock clocks)

    Run game in safe mode, to exclude any installed mods, also run integrity check. If thats out of the way and you still have... interesting visuals, I'd use HWiNFO64 or other similar hardware monitoring program to check cpu/gpu temperatures. On second thought, visual artifacts tend to come from graphic card RAM overheating/being faulty/excessively overclocked and AFAIK only recent AMD cards have actual RAM thermal measurements. So in the end you might want to open computer and dust off coolers with compressed air

    Given PR firing arcs and no improved AP angles on Yoshino, PR can just park at 30 degrees off axis with all guns blazing and remain mostly safe from AP penetrations, not even counting underwater cit. Even if you catch one broadside, so what? You will deal some pen damage on armored belt and overpens everywhere else due to 51mm arming threshold. Yoshino can't do that, as she have worse firing arcs AND PR have American Piercing, so Yoshie need to actively evade to not get stuck at 1/3 or 2/3 firepower and not eat citadels too often. In 1v1, its more like hard working against the odds vs "lemme alt tab to pronhub every 20s"

    Bouncing in and out of ricochet angle and she may shrug off quite a number of shells, potentially forcing PR into HE contest, while Yoshino can just stick to HE. Also past 13km 305mm AP might start struggling against well angled 178mm cit plate, if WoWsft and proships pen charts are of any value

    Depends on which aspect of "BB" you're looking for. Guns of (early) battleship caliber, then Yoshino does fit the bill. On other hand, Yoshino can actually attempt stealth with 11.9km and torpedo payload is nothing to be sneezed at. Not so much at 15km+, but any around the island scenarios are rather in Yoshino favor.
