    Kremlin 150mm upper hull stops ALL HE projectiles, only deck*, bow and stern can be considered "viable" targets for HE. *even that stops all cruiser HE excluding meme builds like IFHEburg or IFHEzuma

  11. Fuse arming threshold is identical on all CB except Stalin. And then only Stalin and Alaska have better ricochet angles, so they can actually go for AP pen damage against angled targets. And it was obvious from day one Kron is just demo version of "russian battlecruiser" proper.

    Objects disappearing at fixed distance probably mean someone fluffed up lod models or connection to said models in config file(s). Mine buoys are disappearing at +-3.0km, depending on zoom on camera, which looks about right, as you barely can't see them to begin with. Try running integrity check?

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I thought more along the lines of: -baseline dispersion for bombs/rockets is very tight, "landing 100% of ordnance on destroyer" kind of tight -enabled AA increases dispersion by 100%, bringing it somewhat inline with what we have now -Sector mechanic slows down aiming time -AA auras overlapping further increase dispersion but with diminishing returns -flak causes "stun" on planes, temporarily stopping aiming for affected planes. Which may result in wonky drop pattern when middle torp goes pepega for example Ideally I'd bring back RTS, as it befitted unique nature of carriers more and then start fixing that but again, WG is WG and will do WG things

    Thats why IMO AA could be shifted from "plane kills" towards "damage reduction" by tinkering with spread. After all, IRL purpose of anti air is not to farm kills Battlefield style, but to prevent damage from air attacks. Either by "there is lots of dakka, lets not go there", or making pilots uncomfortable enough to miss their target. If you actually manage to shot down something, then okay I guess too.

    Obviously, Kremlin doesn't come with free I win button therefore must be underpowered as hell. TBH, I could live with armor and guns, but without turret traverse (45s, if not 60s) and concealment. 14.5km to be in line with Moskva should do
