    San Diego. One of the most decorated CLs and mixes well with Azur Lane, should another collab happen I find Smol to be broken, not necessarily overpowered. Most of her damage is RNG based, so if RNGesus gives you gulag ticket, you can achieve 500+ hits and no fires and 40k dmg done from repeatedly saturating superstructure at best. Direct damage is limited to AP against broadsides (which can be very effective, mind you). No team utilities besides hydro. She is, however, devastating against DDs and with portable skill generator she can be easy to play even in the open. But, when using portable skill generator, you need someone to give you spotting, so she can be surprisingly frustrating to play in randoms

    In case its not clear, since 2019 or even late 2018, WG abandoned any work that can't be directly and immediately monetized. Bringing back removed PvE Scenarios, let alone adding new ones? As paid "dlc" at best. If WG decides to actually pay attention to Scenarios minority in first place

    Keep in mind fuse is expected to meet "resistance" of actual armored plating. Fuse arming on frying pan and detonating in mess deck might trigger a chef, but its not exactly "ship integrity" threat.

    "historical accuracy" was thrown under the bus years ago. Thus you end up with Japanese napkin planes (and I mean VERY napkin in case of A8M or "wtf tier" J5N) getting the best ordnance for given "specialization", while Brit planes are more durable than famous US while carpet bombing stuff with firecrackers CV nation balancing is simple result of WG making game with game mechanics so shallow they had to come up with artificial gimmicks (carpet bombing, "small but durable" squadrons which doesn't work until T10) to not end up with clone of one CV or the other.

    Okręty "testowe" wciąż powinny generować przychody, więc możesz pograć nimi, porobić trochę kredytów i jak Ci się spodoba, to w czasie przyszłym nabyć. Zwłaszcza, że większość premek 9 tieru są również dostępne za Free Exp albo węgiel, więc taki okręt może być "długofalowym celem".

    Disable Arpeggio filter and you get free premium painted Myoko. Doesn't quite work with Kongos, as they don't have premium paint to begin with.

    For randoms, where teamwork is a curse word, I'd say Salem is better than DM due to lolheal. But if you have DM already, its kinda hard to justify. Especially as there are more broken better ships for the same coal pricetag

    WG probably will overbuff Legendary Upgrades to justify releasing them via Research Bureau, thus there is chance you will turn your T10 ship into effectively T11. So poor sods in tier 8 boats will have even more fun facing such ship

    There is no shortage of players having concerns whether they have skills needed to be successful in hightiers, so while you holding back is noble thing, you're kinda handicapping yourself with "get tier 7-8 premium ship now and then maybe tier 9 later", when you can get T9 prem (if you can afford it or get for free currencies sooner than later) from get go and essentially skip all the lower tier ships unless you want them for sake of want. Also Alaska is one of the best ships you can buy without entering lootbox territory

    Atlanta requires dedicated captain to get the most out of her, with skills you might find not that useful on CL or CA (looking at you, AFT). Also given tier 7 ships no longer have sort-of preferential matchmaking, derping around with ship that have 13km range at best might be... straining on your "fun and engaging" meter On opposite, Atlanta is a blast in Narai with her gun dpm, if you like Operations. From other ships... Boise suffer from short range as well, but can accept CL skilled captain just fine and not be handicapped. Heavy cruisers are more lenient when it comes to captain skills - they do not require IFHE to get the job done and while said skill is usually not recommended on heavies, its not a detriment either. Thus, I'd aim for Indianapolis first and Wichita second. Or, if you can splash bit more cash OR have 1m FXP laying around, Alaska.
