    Currency you buy ship with doesn't matter, it depends on the ship tier. T10 ships like Yoshino, Stalingrad or Colbert are classified as "special" for a reason, only economy benefit they have is halved maintenance cost. Add to that T10 premium camo they come with (-50% maintenance, +20% credit and +100% exp) and you pay like 45k credits per battle in T10. Premium tier 9 and below do have increased credit coefficient, thus in terms of actual credit gains they will probably surpass T10 "special" ships, assuming you do more per battle than die in a corner.

    currently you have what, 3? 5? seconds between ending one attack and starting another + attack prepping time. With delay between attacks increased to 10s (guessing), "multiple targets" would have to be spread apart further. Which may or may not result with you having to artificially lengthen your journey through space and time to next target "because timer isn't down yet"

    If its around 10s, then change is purely to deny slingshot. Won't do anything about squadron doing 2nd pass. If post attack delay is increased to 20-30s, then you're literally forced to do accelerated bailout after one run, obliterating reason for multiple attack wings existence

    IFHE still remain mandatory if you get any ideas about actually inflicting harm to BB master race or higher tier cruisers. And then, if you happen to play tier 6-7 CL and get uptiered (or see Missouri in Narai), you won't be able to damage battleship hull period. Smolensk never needed IFHE to begin with, only positive of this change is Daring loses requirement for IFHE to make HE usable against destroyers.

And only 180mm armed cruiser below tier 8, Kirov goes pepega premium, you can't have useful HE pen by default camrade.

    WG probably will just remove 155mm option whatsoever and then some time later sell premium Mogami class with 155mm. Even more so as 155mm guns at tier 7 would keep 32mm pen, unlike every other CL.

    T6 Carrier Skill + Equipment Builds

    Slot 1 and 2 upgrades are straightforward for CVs. Slot 3 is case of "least useless" than "actually useful". Keep in mind any torpedo speed improvement, be it from upgrade or captain skill increases arming distance, as torpedo needs TIME to arm itself. Thus, the faster fish goes the longer distance needs to cover before bang can happen. Slot 4, I'd pick hp improvement for squadron that happen to have the most durable planes, so DB for USN and TB for IJN. I also use TB hp upgrade on Audacious simply because torpedo bombers are your only "hard target" weapon that isn't RNG based. Slot 5, you can't go wrong with Flight Control Mod 1 to get 2 planes extra. Shorter replacement times is an afterthought tho. Slot 6, its all squadrons hp vs all squadrons speed. I've went with hp on US/UK and speed for IJN to maximize benefits from upgrades For captain skills, baseline build for all CVs would be Improved Engine Boost, Improved Engines, Survivability Expert and Aircraft Armor. On top of that... you can add Torpedo Acceleration if you can live with bit longer arming distance, especially as UK/US torps could see that torp speed buff. IJN, not so much. Sight Stabilisation is... eehhh. I have hard time noticing its presence, mostly because if it takes, lets say, 5s to fully aim, with skill it will take 4.6s. It might help or might be entirely useless. Concealment Expert is useful, as you can park hull closer to frontline to cut down on flying time. On other hand, the better your ship camo is, the less "early warning" you get some lolibote might be after you. Demo expert makes some sense on UK carriers to make carpet bombers slightly less shitty in RNG department. Air Supremacy enables you to recover 1 plane extra... given you can keep your plane recovery going non stop for almost entire battle duration. Last Gasp is... eehhh. I mean, if you have nothing better to spend points on, then why not.

  21. Not really, because average member of "CV OP REEE" crowd want complete immunity to carriers and their spotting, so they can make funny boat noises in peace. And I doubt you can come even close to "fun and balanced" within existing CV REEEwork frame.
