Scheming, magic and plans within plans of Tzeentch... how you translate into warboats? You could go with Thousand Sons theme, but then it would be "just blue/gold weirdboat". Slaanesh... yeah, no. Maybe as Emperor Children or somesuch.

Only thing coming to mind would be you've sold Belfast for doubloons - with addition of smoke firing penalty WG allowed selling affected premiums like Bel or Kutuzov for doubloons, if memory serves me right

Khorne is like the most recognizable... no, easiest to showcase spiky boi deity, because bloodshed is the most straightforward. I do agree on Khornate Tirpitz being probably the best pick, either as separate ship or as permanent camo. Charles Martel as ramshackle Ork speed freek kruzer, sleek and nimble Benson Eldar destroyer, Tyranid Kaga carrier and Space Marine Amagi for her broadside weight.

Tech tree suggestions: Submarine line start from tier 4, branching from destroyers CV line start from tier 6, branching from battleships Reasoning: submarines participated in WW1, period covered by most lowtier ships and most of those lowtier ships historically had or can be easily equipped with depth charges. Additionally, tier 4 cruisers already have access to Hydroacoustic search. On other hand, tier 6 start seeing an actual anti air complement, thus current situation of tier 4 CVs with no feasible counter can be avoided. Ideally, new CV and Sub lines would be fully featured, without skipping odd tiered ships. Thus, IJN CV line would look like this: tier 6, Hosho tier 7, Hiryu (Akagi?) tier 8 Shokaku tier 9 Taiho tier 10 Hakuryu Additionally, if concept of "support" carriers secondary branch is still on the table, CV lines could branch off from tier 7. Thus: tier 7, Ryujo tier 8, Zuiho tier 9, Ryuho tier 10, Unryu Line made out of light carriers or converted ones, IMO more suitable for supposed "support" branch. USN main CV line: tier 6, Langley tier 7, Ranger tier 8, Lexington Tier 9, Essex Tier 10, Miway support branch: tier 7, Bogue tier 8, Independence tier 9, Wright (Saipan sister) tier 10, Tindercoga (long hull Essex) UK main CV line: tier 6, Hermes tier 7, Furious tier 8, Illustrious tier 9, Implacable tier 10, Audacious support branch, split at tier 8: tier 8, Unicorn tier 9, Colossus tier 10, Centaur EDIT, added would-be USN and UK CV. And before you go all reee, CV strike potential isn't tied to the hull, but to the planes and then WG can fiddle with payload of those planes should it be necessary.

You can use corncob as "model" for ASW plane, so whether it will be plane, heli, flying saucer or corn of doom, it will use the same mechanic in the end... if WG adds ASW plane.

WG mentioned in one Q&A (or article, can't remember) they will add ASW planes should they be deemed necessary for BBs/CA as countermeasure against subs.

No, because Spee was for sale too. You simply had option to participate in time limited marathon to get her for free. Only ship worth considering IFHE would be Mogami/155, due to already mediocre base fire chance and 155mm caliber means 38mm HE pen with IFHE. But then, due to captain reshuffles I've put 10 pointer on her and with 203mm guns she is more than usable. And then you have premium solution to artificial IFHE problem, known as Mainz and upcoming T7 Ger CL, Munchen

And then Graf Zeppelin as well Z-46. Lion, Henri IV, Alsace would power creep existing Monarch, Saint Louis and Gascan and I'm not entirely convinced you can come up with gimmicks to make them interesting without (blantant) powercreep. Personally I'm leaning towards Kronshtadt as DR, Amalfi, Anchorage, whatwasit tier 8 German silver CV, Drake to continue trend of crappy UK CA but upscaled. Maybe Siegfried, frontliner capable of equipping BB guns but without additional MGM due to torps, maybe with manual aim? That or "built in steel" ships would be added into PR department, allowing Alaska, Mogador or Shimakaze Long ship with high speed = tall girl with lots of legs? Speaking of tall...

Premium ships like Warspite, Atago, Alaska or Tirpitz, with gold icon with gold laurel, have improved credit coefficient as well come with permanent camouflage, that gives some economical benefits, usually additional exp. They also can equip any captain from the same nation without need for retraining Special ships like Yoshino, Stalingrad, Stalingrad, Hayate, with silver icon and gold laurel, do NOT have improved credit coefficient. They do come with powerful permanent camouflage (the same as on other T10 ships), which effectively improves their money printing by virtue of being very cheap to run. And like premium ships, they can use captains from same nation without retraining. And WG in general isn't very keen on sharing technical details, probably have something to do with their approach of "only numbers customer needs to know is their credit card credential"

I'm afraid at the moment only "Russian stealth radar cruiser flooding the server" is good ol Chapayev, as neither Donskoy and Nevsky can stealth radar. New "heavy" branch have such capability, but they are still in early access and apparently not as many people are willing to whale for them as you think. And then, 15s radar is kinda easy dodge your way through, certainly easier than 30s on Nevsky with rapid firing railguns of hers.
