With all gun broadside, yes. Difference becomes more noticeable in when bow on. Still, 5 knots extra is what made Amalfi fun, because it allows actually GTFOing should things get interesting. That and seeing more and more hightier BBs with all or nothing armor -
And yet some "global changes" seem as if meant to nerf particular premium ships, with rest of the game getting it as a bonus.

It should push distance needed for deck penetrations closer to maximum of Venezia range, maybe even requiring range mod for that to happen. -

Zara have issues with slow ship speed and only 8gun broadside. 9gun Amalfi have the same ricochet angles on SAP and I've found her much more usable. If anything, for some balans reason Venezia had 75-80 angles unlike all previous ships at 70-80. -

And Venezia still retain improved angles over regular AP, or even American Piercing. Rudder shift she had and still have garbage. Turn radius is where you at though, especially for a ship of her size. -

Do not own Enterprise but I believe @El2aZeR can fill the gaps. And basically, Enty bombs are bit more RNG from what I've witnessed, but when RNGesus approves, you blap ships for 25k or more. And "worse penetration" seems to be relevant only when interacting with Yamato class BBs + Shikishima, as for other battleships, let alone cruisers bomb pen is still adequate. Shokaku is bit more accurate, but due to only three bombs per drop she is still prone to RNG trolling. Improved AP pen might add mentioned very big gun BBs to "to spank" list.

Most common case of "didn't get cits with bombs" is bomb detonating before reaching citadel because those have something like 20mm arming threshold. Sub Octavian posted in one of Q&A bomb penetrations, Shokaku IIRC had something like 270mm pen, Enterprise somewhere around 180mm. Now correlate that value with deck and citadel roof thickness values.

Bomb pen buff on Shokaku will/should allow her to score citadels on Yamato twins and Shikishima. Otherwise, Shokaku and Enterprise is the ONLY case where deck armor can actually stop AP bombs.

I wish WG would drop facade of "we don't nerf premiums", do proper balance check of "deemed OP" ships and bring them back for sale instead usual "we don't nerf premiums but..." Preferably without going into pay2win territory with purposefully overpowered ship only to be nerfed in three months, conveniently just after Ranked/CB season.

Both have very high citadel with not much in the way of plating thickness to stop anything bigger than CL guns, thus any glimpses on your broadside will send you straight to gulag. Both are BIG ships https://youtu.be/WkVvPpmM1r8?t=135 Moskva have generous amounts of glorious 50mm plating which can shrug off all AP sent her way when angled, also can block most small and medium caliber HE shells. Yoshino have at best 30mm, so eats HE and is overmatched by 430+ guns Moskva have 12km radar, giving her some teamwork utility Yoshino, unlike Moskva, have actually decent concealment at 11.9km compared to 14.1km Practical AP penetration on both is the same - will penetrate cruiser citadel at any range, will fail against 400mm plating found on T10 battleships unless uncomfortably close. Yoshino can overmatch up to 21mm plating with AP and have 52mm HE pen. Reload is good by Large Cruiser standards (16.3s with reload mod), Moskva yeets shells at 9.1s with the same upgrade. Yoshino can pose significant close and personal threat due to heavy torpedo payload and can score random lol torpedo hits when using 20km option... or can consistently keep you pink.

Baseline for any destroyer is PT(or PM), LS, SE, CE. Thats 10 points. Then you can add BFT, as Błyskawica is definitely gun oriented. Superintendent with additional smoke/engine boost doesn't hurt and its additionally valuable on silver EU destroyers, you can't go wrong with additional heal... at least as long as your average engagement doesn't end by 4min mark due to excessive amounts of yolo. Then Adrenaline Rush or Expert Marksman, depending how bad you find turret traverse to be. While Błyskawica herself can capitalize on AFT for open water shenaniganery, silver DDs not so much due to very short base range, thus at best you can get 2km off AFT on them. Not enough to do open water gunboating in slow destroyer.

27mm bow/stern, same as Agir, can ricochet 380mm guns 36mm deck (unique), can ricochet any AP sent her way citadel ends at waterline, Agir sticks out while Azuma/Yoshino ARE floating citadel on top of not having any reinforced bits, thus she is hardest to erase American Piercing ricochet angles, which goes well with her "cruiser killer" role, but slowest shell velocity and thus penetration, relevant only when interacting with battleship grade armor. The best anti air (not that it stops air attacks), 10km Radar. Gun accuracy is worse than Azuma/Yoshino though. If you've played Baltimore and Iowa, then Alaska is literally between them in most aspects. -

My anecdotal experience with "helping" players comes from ancient times when I actually played WoT. Volunteered to teach new players in clan, explaining game mechanics, playing divisions/platoons with them and occasional training room. Whole concept of teaching lasted two weeks tops, with most "interested" decided to "just play tanks for fun" after few days. -

Yes, camouflages remove whole need for coming up with ship clones tweaked just for sake of tweaking. Or just go with clone as is.
