I've experienced myself issue of guns refusing to fire, or not all guns firing despite "green", as if turrets weren't on target on the server side. No actual clue why or how. For secondaries, they are on purpose kept rather ineffective given their automated nature. Even "secondary monsters" like hightier German BBs or premium USN BB "line" of Massachusetts, Georgia and Ohio requires hefty captain skill investment for marginal returns, mostly because to make use of secondaries, you need target for them within their range. And that means either someone getting within your secondary range, somewhat unlikely as even average potato noticed they are being outskilled by automated secondaries within 10km or you purposefully overextending to get within secondary range, which in 9 out of 10 cases leads to premature demise. Battleships are, supposedly, vulnerable to destroyers but unless torpedoes are involved, DD needs several minutes of constant blasting to burn battleship down, even more if said BB runs tank build and knows how to manage heals/damage control. In return, battleships have no issue shaving third or more of DD hp with AP overpens alone with good aim and RNGesus blessing. -

If going with this leak, which proved to be quite accurate with PR3 6th one might be Hakuryu as Decisive carrier. And from gacha pulls at that instead usual grind "one RN ship being Decisive", well, that makes Drake. -
I wonder if AL will add the same gun (234mm) twice in twin and triple mount or just go with twin and give Drake skill that improves her firing pattern if using twin 234mm And then there is this

Maybe there will be more unannouced ships. I mean, AL Georgia and WoWs Georgia were announced about at the same time, so Anchorage, Florida or Kansas might be out there. -

Issue with Seattle is, she is flat out downgrade over Cleveland. Worse firing arcs, more exposed and thinner citadel. Only benefits come from being tier 9, that is access to heal and reload upgrade. -

Heavies. Their ballistics are already bordering on uncomfortable slow and they can lob shells over islands just fine, there is little need to go deeper in these aspects. And then Des Moines is still one of the most potent ships at shorter distances due to sheer volume of 203mm fire. That said, Helena was absolute monster back in the day and post IFHE changes she is "merely very solid" ship, Cleveland I imagine still holds the line while Seattle is a stinker like she always used to be. -

This good aerial concealment will make searching for DD more tedious, but as long as you get notified of planes being detected, with slice of common sense you still can figure out where DD is.

You will be perma spotted anyway by squadron doing circles over your DD or Fighters. And if you open fire, you will give more than sufficient detected window for rockets to take proper aim at you. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
