We were as close to "balanced" as REEEwork allows with 0.8.6 patch, when WG shifted dps focus to one plane instead random while keeping old, very high on some ships dps values. Guess what, CV population basically died as result of "balance" and WG with next patch, 0.8.7 axed dps values by half, if not more and removed flak from midrange. You can't have cake and eat it too with REEEwork. -

So unfortunately I have to write technical complaint about 0.9.6 and folder structure change and binaries location changing after every patch/hotfix, which screws up with firewall rules, if one manages them on their own. With introduction of 0.9.6, path to binaries changed into world of "warships\bin\2666186\bin64\worldofwarships64.exe", with highlighted folder being, I suppose, build version. Now as 0.9.6.1 rolled out, path changed into "world of warships\bin\2697511\bin64\worldofwarships64.exe" which requires updating firewall rules again

Furrytaco and Aoba have 48mm, Myoko have 32mm on their decks. And then TiTs should be capable of penetrating main gun turrets of quite few cruisers. -

Actually, few midtier BBs have 35mm+ decks, which are outside of HVAR capabilities should you get your Lady Lex as top tier. And then you have IJN cruisers who dare to have actually reinforced decks -
Changing consumable doesn't require respeccing captain.

Purpose of Unique Upgrades is to give "sidegrade", in practice 90% of the upgrades are absolutely not worth the effort of actively grinding for them (either mission or, god forbid, RB points) and ones that actually are worth something, are getting nerfhammered back in line -
Alabama is as standard issue battleship as one can get. Massachusetts kinda need dedicated captain to get the most out of her secondaries, captain that have no use on any other ship besides other premiums - Georgia and Ohio. And don't expect those secondaries to actually deal with DDs, because most of them are aware of secondaries and either will remain undetected or outside of your secondary range.

Ships cost maintenance after every battle, you have "economy" tab, third I think in after battle report.

PR ship at low level also have lowered fuel cost, so no harm taking one for a spin to clear some low level event maps or somesuch.
