And your options for getting credits are: -go back to lower tiers and farm credits there -purchase premium account and/or premium ships -basically git gud, as exp and credit rewards are tied to how well you play.

Higher tier CVs will shat on you harder, besides "missing 10 million credits" sounds like tier 8 or 9, so well within capabilities of having maximum fun and engaging from Midway/Hakuryu. And those aren't exactly rare either.

Why are you rushing towards higher tiers, that is the question.

All your account info, progress are stored server side. If you were to carry out fresh installation elsewhere, without preserving "preferences.xml" config file, all you would have to redo are graphic/audio/custom key mappings. Though I believe you can literally copy entire game folder into new disk, remove old one, let WG Center realize game is missing and then redirect to new location

Massa can work just fine with usual tank build even if that gets you handicapped NC/Alabama, so I can assume Georgia would be alright with tank spec as well. Doesn't mean you can't get second captain with secondary spec just for memes, especially in prospect of upcoming captain skills changes

Belfast loses concealment advantage coming from having 5th slot at tier 7. While her getting access to 6th slot can be considered a buff, so will any other T7 ship get these upgrades. Basically, all ships Belfast can see except tier 9 will get double buff in form of Concealment and Reload/Range, while Belfast gets only Reload/Range buff. And then, players prefer to hear about "buffs" instead "nerfs" to their toys Bonus points for Wargaming, as equipping multiple midtier ships would be MASSIVE, if one time credit sink - 5th and 6th upgrades alone cost 5mil credits. If one owns, lets say, 20 ships of T7 and below, equipping those is already 100mil credits down the drain. Which means more premium time/ship sales to get credits, also lightens up credit pile on long term players sitting on three digit millions of credits. In my case of being not that big of a hoarder (130 ships) we're talking about 449mil credits that would to into upgrades alone for existing ships @MrConway any chance for that making its way towards "feedback shredder" in Lesta office?

Sounds like mechanical hard disk dying, struggling to read data off the worn out disk. Alternatively is in dire need of a defragmenting, though I doubt fragmented data would have THIS bad effect on loading times. Dying disk should have an impact on overall pc performance, not only in single game. Any other game should suffer from long loading times, system start taking longer than 3-5 minutes would be one indication as well

If all ships of all tiers get access to all upgrades, then relative balance between them should stay the same, while Belfast loses edge in concealment due to access to 5th slot. Or just remove Concealment upgrade from 5th slot.

On other hand, it would solve (lack of) balance between tier 7 and 8, as T8 gets access to Concealment upgrade. Which makes DD fights rather onesided, as if usual torpedo/firepower upgrades weren't enough. Still leaves midtier CLs in the dark though.

Given sister ships tend to be, well, rather similar to each other, I guess WG could release Yorktown as basically Enterprise copy/paste and then update model as new blueprints/schematics are available to history nerds in Lesta Or just bite the bullet and rebalance "OP" premiums? Screeching will be there anyways, whether its "OP Belfast touched me" or "who touched MY Belfast" Or buff everyone around her by giving full access to all six upgrade slots on all tiers

Looking at what AL can deliver... those aren't that big reasons I've went for smug cat first and she is already working her assets off in w13 - her combination of tanky and AA powerhouse feels like custom crafted just for w13

Whether 31.66 is rounded down or not, its still not enough to threaten 32mm plating. Rounding only occurs when WG assigned base HE pen, based on shell caliber (150/4=37.5->38 on Ger CL, 203/6=33.83->34 on 203mm CA, 220/6=36.66->37 on RU 220mm

It would be rather hard to dictate rules of engagement in Zed against Kagero in open waters, as latter have only massive concealment advantage and perfect turret placement for kiting. Only way for Zed to go anywhere would be around the island ambush, coupled with smoke+hydro AP on 15cm guns still need 25mm effective armor, which means margin where you can arm those on DD hull before entering ricochet angle is rather narrow.

Z23 is case of "whoever wins, you lose". Theorethical dpm is similar on 4x128 and 5x150, so I'd go with 15cm guns for that improved HE pen and salvo weight. But, you can't improve reload from BFT which can be useful on next ships in the line. That said, Kagero outguns you regardless of gun setup you pick. Cossack is more than fine without IFHE as your main targets are destroyers. And then with IFHE you gain very little - only 25mm, and with tier 8 cruisers start getting 27mm plating, so you're back at square one, but without fire chance.
