Akizuki with flexible PA/UK smokes is already very strong contender, DFAA so "AA destroyer" memes can be laid to rest and 12km vDW torps at T8 are basically cherry on top. I wouldn't be surprised if she sees nerf of some kind or gets uptiered to T9.

With secondaries, "too accurate" is very much a thing. Besides, 90mm HE can't challenge 19mm plating, even with IFHE. Thus nerfs to pepperoni secondaries are like nerfs to Cossack AA - "so what".

Roosevelt torpedo payload is barely better than Midway. And then being spread on 8 fishes with quite the spread to them makes landing all 8 on target a rather uncommon occurrence, so practical damage per drop against someone who play with screen turned on is probably doing to be lower. Haku with "only" two TB is much more consistent for applying fish damage.

Specify useful. 113mm guns need the skill if you intend on damaging 21mm plating, which is becoming increasingly common - initially, only Gearing had it, but nowadays both UK and Ger carriers make use of it. Skill doesn't help against any next armor threshold, that being 25mm. 127mm guns with skill get penetration up to 26mm, which is enough to damage mid tier BBs and hightier CL, but fails against 27mm plating, common on T8+ heavy cruisers, let alone hightier BBs. 130-139mm guns can reach 27mm plating with the skill, but still no effect on anything thicker plated. Ger 128mm have 32mm HE pen so you don't really need IFHE, IJN 100mm have 30mm pen, so IFHE can be used against 32mm plating. IFHE is a waste of 4 points and fire chance in 99% cases, simply because 32mm plating is not that common on hightier BBs besides FR/UK ones.

Given they were nerfed in supertest... I doubt any buffs would follow.

And given Minnie lost SHS shells during "balancing" period, I doubt Vermont will keep SHS shells with her for long. After all, for experimental 18" gun existed "standard" shell at merely 1315kg (guessing shell damage in 14-14.5k territory) and it probably will be given to her once spreadshiet confirms enough players spent their free exp on the ship

It just citadel shape and how much it sticks above water was omitted 234mm guns are highest in caliber, with highest HE/firechance and second best AP damage per shell, just amount of barrels leave something to be desired

Does Missouri have better credit coefficient than other T9 premiums? Probably yes. Is this coefficient high enough to warrant creaming your pants over it, let alone throwing uncomfortable amount of money to get her? Very no. Is she fun or good ship to play? No.

? T10 premiums, like Yoshino, Stalingrad, Ohio and whatnot have halved maintenance cost and then have proper T10 permanent camo, thus another -50%. Which results in 45k maintenance, compared to usual 180k on silver T10 without any maintenance reductions.

You can do the same with any T10 premiums and their topkek 45k credits maintenance.

Miss "supposedly improved" credit printing compared to other T9 premiums doesn't really help her in combat - she is after all, pre buff Iowa (19.4s rudder shift and standard heal) with consumable that is useless 90% of the time, unless you want to return to the port prematurely. 406mm guns also didn't aged well with introduction of 30mm plating on T10 CAs and seeing those isn't exactly rare occurence. Georgia is way more fun and way more useful ship than Missouri ever was. And I'll take that over paltry amount of credits extra, assuming you can carry out the same feats in Miss as with Georgia.

"Half of Mino dpm" kinda becomes irrelevant when engagement with DD lasts 6 seconds, two volleys, thanks to magic of 16k alpha damage salvo. Besides, its not that often to have targets visible for longer periods of time to flex "high dpm" on them, also constant vomit of shells coming from Mino may or may not make easier to get shot in return.

Bots usually go for ram, trading ship 1:1 if they don't manage to shoot each other to death beforehand. They also have perfect aim, so only RNG and ship limitations keep them at bay.
