Either remove (or move elsewhere, renaming doesn't work) folder "3245976" in World of Warships\bin, OR run WorldOfWarships64 directly from World of Warships\bin\3173843\bin64. Though you might want to copy "preferences.xml" from main folder to World of Warships\bin\3173843\bin64 to avoid setting controls/graphics again. And yes, I'm having the same bug again

Currently, Tallins 180mm AP almost the same penetration as Italian 203mm and both, on paper (and in wowsft) can perforate 300mm main belt around 8km, which was matching my experience when I was playing Tallin. And as much I'd like to consider "threaten" as citadel hits, with BB citadels rarely being higher than waterline I'll have to settle with scoring main belt penetrations

I don't recall Hipper reload nerfs, but over time her reload was buffed from 13s, which was "shockingly fast" compared to other options at tier 8, that is Mogami/203 with 15s and New Orleans with 14.7s or so. Prinz Eugen was essentially copy of her initial release, as Hipper got reload buffs over time, WG gave her heal to differentiate between the two

AP dpm: 60/5.2*1900*8=175.4k HE dpm: 60/5.2*1500*8=138.5k In comparison: Akizuki proper: 272k/192k Lightning: 176k/136k Kagero: 112.3k/109.8k in meantime Lightning have massive concealment advantage, hydro, magic british handling, second fish launcher, 360 turrets and doesn't require IFHE to damage other destroyers. Even using Fen Yang as torpedoboat is questionable, with only one fish dispenser and given their "very deep water" nature, you might as well go with Asashio.

Another batch of nerfs to Fen Yang... will she be another dockyard ship or what, given nerfhammer is working overtime on her? in current iteration, she will be destroyer without much in the way of camo, with 33kts top speed, one torp launcher and artillery output barely better than Kagero, while requiring IFHE to make use of said HE in first place.

    No premium and no economy flags/camouflages means getting 2000-3000 exp per battle with daily win bonus. Okay to decent battle, mind you, not eating random detonation at 2min mark.

    Last time I've checked you don't need premium to play tier 1 and 2 if you don't see planes at all, then it means your AA is absolute, no? JB wasn't considered "OP" and still was removed. Heck, even if you would want to buy an absolute turd like Cheshire, its still not available, only briefly appearing in premium store for week or two.
