  1. If you mean guided missiles, then alas you're few years late, as WoWs devs already hinted guide missile destroyer back in "plans for 2017" I think. They simply might return to shelved concept, which isn't as outrageous anymore, after what WoWs has endured.

    "Fletcher" 10.5km torps were top pick on Gearing before 16km ones were repeatedly hit with buff stick to bring their reload somewhat in line. And they still hit harder than 16km ones. I haven't used F3 on Shimakaze as I believe they would be too limiting in rather campy nature of T10 games, but the same torps on Yukikaze two tiers lower I can see being rather potent, maybe they would work on Yugumo too

    If WG were to be any "historically accurate", then anything besides actual citadel, barbettes and turrets would have no effective armor to begin with. And "thin shell armor" is universal to all cruisers sans Russians and I think new weedwagons... so no, you haven't made any ground breaking discoveries there. But, 178mm citadel is still better protected than most actual cruisers, not supercruisers pressed into cruiser slot. Not that extra armor matters much against BB grade weaponry, it can help when dealing with "normal" cruisers though. You know, the original idea of a "cruiser killer"

    World of Tanks tried to rework overmatch few years ago, result of complex mechanic that WG came up with was basically random and unpredictable in practice. For WoWs, good starting point would be "overmatching shell shall not be armed" rule, that way you can't score regular pens on angled cruiser, unless you hit something actually armored. At the same time, BBs could stop bowtanking each other and actually put their bulkhead armor to work

    Technically B-65 twins are better armored than average cruiser with their 178mm plating. And being overmatched by 430mm+ guns is universal problem to T10 cruisers, not only Yoshino. Could these two get a buff to armor? Maybe. Will they? No, as WG considers them balanced with intended role being long range glass cannons. Case in point, Alaska is already sacrificed on spreadsheet altar and her guns are arguably worse than IJN 310mm with exception of improved ricochet angles on AP. And given WG has already run out of even remotely historical ships, they aren't going to risk overbuffing perfectly fine, in their book, paper project of a large cruiser. Also you clearly must be new here if you think Wargaming consider player feedback in any way besides "how we can monetize it". So if anything, at some point in the future you can expect juiced up Yoshino clone, maybe with twin 410 or something similar to "make her different" like Agir and Siegfried differs.

    Fight spreadsheet with spreadsheet Though most changes I knew of one way or another, so no nasty surprises there by the looks of it. We had different "reload" rates back in early days - damage per gun was constant for its type/caliber, but reload varied to "balance" dps. Issue was, on some ships you could completely skip entire aura before it finished "loading" and applied damage to the plane. It was changed to fixed reload rate and variable damage per tick.

    Besides VERY sporadic trolling divmates with Implacable/Audacious, that could be actually close to a year, if not more. That should be test-able in training room, if you know which ships have what spawn time?

  13. https://wotcharts.eu/Servers World of Tanks, prime Wargaming cashcow is somewhat stable on EU and NA, slight decline on home market (RU) and slight grow on Asia. And that game is 10 years old and went through number of "CV REEEwork" grade reworks, changes and dubious premium vehicles as well balancing decisons. What WoT have in common with WoWs, is lack of competition - War Thunder is entirely different can of worms to the point competition between Wargaming and Gaijin is who can shoot themselves in the foot faster and with bigger gun. Armored Warfare is too similar to World of Tanks, held only by its solid PvE, as PvP is effectively extinct and if one wants to wipe themselves with randoms grade sandpaper, they probably can do so with their existing WoT account. Also "Almost Working" is unofficial title for AW for a reason, as game is marred with minor bugs devs CBA to fix them, not when they can copypaste another tank/vehicle as premium. So in terms of WoWs, if CV REEEwork didn't made big enough ripples, odds are, Submarines won't do either.

    There always was slight variation in prices between ships, with smaller vessels usually being cheaper ones. And Napoli is a "cruiser", so makes pinch of a sense to cost less than same tier BB.

    Napoli is intended to be T10 premium/special ship, not part of the tech tree. If you want whatwasit Dutch tier 9 cruiser, probably you'd need to buy "early access" packages which almost certainly are going to be more expensive than 35k dubs.

    I think only instance when there was actual "BB shortage" in the history of the game was when WG accidentally broke underwater shell behavior back in 2016 (I think?), which made cruisers actually fun to play for few days before it was hotfixed. Heck, even CV prime time, shortly after REEEwork release, when they were the most broken nor Smolensk+Colbert, supposed "firestarters" had any meaningful impact on BB population. 15.07 EDIT @El2aZeR @Yosha_nai and other CV versed folks - if one were to pick up carriers now after lengthy absence, is there something worth keeping track of? Rocket changes I know of and should be simple matter of practice to get lead right. I recall IJN dive bombers getting their dispersion shafted at some point, but it was fixed (?), something else?

    These three aren't outright bad, but calling them "good" would be an overstatement either. Similar, yet slightly different compared to tech tree equivalents, those being Icarus, Guepard and Fushun. Though if memory serves me right, Anshan comes with permanent camo that have Free Exp boost on top of usual Exp bonus?
