This is going to get locked. But the reason is that 40k Koreans signed a petition to get the flag not implemented/removed. Of those 40k, only a small amount actually played the game. But WG did it mainly to not suffer financially in the Asian region. It's the same with the swastika, only that the game would be banned in Germany since it doesn't fall under the "historical re-enactment" that allows displaying the swastika. Thus, the swastica would also cost them customers. I highly doubt it has anything to do with people getting offended, but more due to financial reasons. Which is, after all, a valid one nevertheless.

The sound is excessive and not easy on the ears, imo. I think a toggle heavy damage sound effect on/off would be the best solution.

It is possible, but the circumstances required would mean that you need to be the last players alive on each team, the BB must be a complete idiot AND been AFK for the first ten minutes of the match. Not something that can happen very often.

Well, according to this image, the flag for "act at your discretion" might be fitting for devastating strike. Could just be given as a fun flag that does absolutely nothing, but is used nevertheless for each battle you sport it. And it is only given once per game or per devastated strike. I don't think we'll need a bonus reward for that particular flag.

Perhaps give them an ability that reduces the targeting accuracy towards them? Such as the camouflages in the game, but works much better, at a limited time. Will help CAs when they have to turn and expose their citadels.

The only things that you can use doubloons on are port slots, consumables, XP convertion and captain retraining; all which you don't need several thousand doubloons to fix. I already have 8k doubloons from CAT, yet I haven't any reason to use them on anything else than the occasional captain retraining.

The main problem is that high-tier CA's get rekt by BBs, and CVs are mostly dead these days. Hence, you'll get into matches with a crapton of BBs and DDs, which is bad for everyone involved. Gunboat DDs can "only" attack other DDs, whilst BBs will have a hard time spotting for itself. Shimas are a problem in itself, due to the carpet torping. Can't say if they are balanced or not (in any direction) due to this. If CAs got an easier time in high-tier battles in terms of survivability, then the current situation would solve itself.
