The Lion class can fit at 2 tiers. Tier 9 with 3x3 16" guns and Tier 10 with 4x3 16" guns (citation needed on the latter). Head of the 4x3 16" design on WT forums, but haven't yet found (or bothered to find) a source.

USS St. Louis was a St. Louis class cruiser, and the first US Cruisers armed with twin 5" turrets. Although largely the same as the Brooklyn, the St. Louis was larger compared to the Brooklyn (608.3ft/606ft), she wasn't as wide. With her armament, both primary and Secondary, I believe she will be well suited for a Tier 6 Premium cruiser, squaring it off with the USS Cleveland with an additional 6" turret with the loss of 2 secondary batteries. Because you seem not to get the point of what Game Guides mean! You certainly don't learn anything from this suggestion as it's not a Game Guide and is not telling you how to play any exact ship in this [edited]game.

Does that adequately spell it out for you? Or does it need to be in bigger more fluorescent colours?

It's actually quite funny that a moderator moves a suggestion from General Discussion to the GAME GUIDES SECTION which is even less appropriate.
