Tier 5, her armament is not as potent as Atlanta's. And if there is any trouble balancing, just go with HMS Argonaut at Tier 6. 8 x 5.25 in (133 mm) guns, 3 x 2 pdr (37 mm/40 mm) pom-poms quad guns, 6 x 20 mm (0.8 in) twin power-operated guns, 5 x 20 mm (0.8 in) single guns, 5 x 40 mm (1.6 in) Boffins twin guns, 3 x 40 mm (1.6 in) Bofors Mk III single guns, 2 x 21 in (533 mm) triple Torpedo Tubes.

It's dependant on the guns and the shells. It's guns are crap, even by T6 standards, only reason it will be there is because of it's accuracy, the Courageous only has 2 twin 15" guns and more comparable to the Mikasa at Tier 2 (obviously the Courageous is T3/4) Scharnhorst has 100mm more penetration than the 14" guns of the KGV.

I'm comparing with much larger shells which are at Tier 7 and 8, and the KGV doesn't fit at one of those tiers (and it's latter). And it's just caliber I based it on, but also shell performance.

You obviously have no logic. 14" gun on the KGV are tier 6, the calibre itself is what you see from tier 5 and nothing really to do with calibre but shell performance. The 16" on Nelson puts her at tier 7 and lacks the penetration of the 15" guns of the Warspites during WWII.

It's called having a job. And it takes a lot of sense to actually get one here. And I wouldn't prove anything, I'd just be satisfied.

15" guns, espiecally 3x3, are definitely tier 7 or 8, Warspite get's away with it since it uses older WWI weapons. The aspects I take into account for KGV-class is gun caliber (tier 5+) and armour (tier 8+). Tier 7 shouldn't prove to be too much of a problem.

I'm going to get the Scharnhorst so I can prove just how crap it is at Tier 7 with 11" guns. At least it will be a nice Cruiser killer.

That could actually work. Tier 3: HMS Dreadnought Tier 4: HMS Neptune Tier 5: HMS Iron Duke Tier 6: HMS Queen Elizabeth Tier 7: HMS Nelson Tier 8: Lion-class 1938 Tier 9: Lion-class 1942 Tier 10: Lion-class 1945.

Battle-class DD could be a really nice Tier 6-7 Premium, armed with 2x2 QF 4.5" Mk. III guns in Mk. IV mountings, all placed fore.
