Because griefers would exploit it from day one. Torps fired and a reasonable chance to get hit by one? Go for it. Chance to provoke someone into firing a torp and be rewared for that? Go for it. That is even besides the point where firing a wall of torps that might hit a doomed ally but might also take out the enemy that is about to kill him might actually be worth it. Not very nice for the other player on the team but if overall it improves the team chances I'd go for it and accept that I might turn pink. On the other hand, if the torp fired at something never has a realistic chance of hitting any enemy ship (as in even if that ship was going head on full speed towards the torpedo it could never get hit) then insta-pink might be justified.

T5 carriers in comparison with T6 carriers are seriously sub par compared to other T5 vs T6 ships for a PvE enviroment. While the mission seems rather well balanced as a whole, T5 carriers suffer heavily from the removal of manual drop.

Okay, now for the german lesson: The first one is definitely not "Apfelstrudel". Apfelstrudel is a pastry served usually with sweet cream. What you have on the picture is actually a "Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat". It is most likely a "Wiener Schnitzel" or "Schnitzel nach Wiener-Art" but could possibly also be a "Münchner Schnitzel".

For all non german speakers: TL;DR He is a conspiracy theorist, believing that when he reports someone, match maker will put him into battles with BBabies sitting on the map edges insulting him (death wishes and so on) for asking them to come closer. Second paragraph is about him wanting that his reports have some effect and that he doesn't get punished for using the report system, because he paid for the game. He will continue to play a few battles, and if they turn out to be battles with said players above he will add screenshots to it. SUPPORT then basically thanked him for his suggestions and that they couldn't do anything about game development. Then they redirected him to the (english gameplay) forums for suggestions on game improvements.
