    You have ignored 80% of the feedback for CVs ever since the CV rework introduction. You have ignored polls with over 1200 people on EU and over 1000 people on NA with 95% results concerning the spotting mechanic change. Please stop saying you value feedback when 1) that change isn't even mentioned in the 8.1 patch notes. 3.5 weeks after the community voiced it's opinion. Please stop saying that our feedback matters... when time after time you have proven it means very little if anything.

To the people that are complaining about radar range and duration increase. 1) CE is nerfed... you spot the radar ship shooner, radar is also a bit longer end result same reaction time as before if not more. 2) Radar duration is increased but now there is a 6 second render delay... that is H U G E. Only a total braindead zombie who is partially blind and has only 1 hand cannot manage to 1) already be turning out when he spots the Radar cruiser and 2) to not be clear of radar range withing 6-8 seconds. The change is still retarded but not because it buffs Radar... it's a completely unessesary crutch provided to terrible DD players and terrible smoke cruiser players. It's a dumbing down that will be abused by good DD players a lot.

    1)AA is a new counter for CVs?... in what hole have you been living in for the past year? 2)What is the double whammy you are reffering to? 3)Great CV player can still do his own thing now without having to worry about shutting down the enemy CV as it shuts itself down by losing plane wave after plane wave to the AA of other ships. 4) Abou the WR of top players atm, one other thing you are also neglecting is the super heavy AA meta being used currently in randoms due to the anticipation of the CV rework and resurgance of CV player numbers. You are also not providing a comparison between the good, the average and bad players as well even if the top performers end up with less WR than they had (which they won't) that only matters if the average and bad player maintain their numbers to pre rework levels. Otherwise nothing has been achieved on that front other than nerfing CVs a bit.

    Apart from your numbers being wrong you also don't take into account 1) the constantly changing balance and 2) the fact that they are actually still learning the class again. To answer the OP question. No nothing has changed in terms of Bad vs Good. Previous version Good CV would shut down the Bad CV. This version Bad CV will be shut down by AA from other players on his own, good CV will suffer less from AA compared to the Bad CV. End result? the same.

    If you have to wonder about 6 seconds being enough to TURN AROUND and flee... then you are a terrible DD player by definition. Why would you need to be radared to start turning around in the first place?

    Actually DDs take really low flooding damage with the new mechanic. Also DDs are and have been getting a huge array of indirect buffs, (BB-AP, Ce nerf, Radar changes). If you ignore the Work in Progress Elephant in the room (CVs) this flooding change is not a BB buff DD nerf problem at all. With that said it still is yet another change down the "Lets dumb things down, lets make the game more forgiving" path that WG has decided to take and in that perspective it's another needless - bad change.

    You mean work together to achieve stuff like cross drops for example? One of the things this rework claimed to want to remove? Like they worked so well together in the past when 2 CV per side was a thing? It was always insta teamplay mode i can assure you. For the chance ... the very rare chance 2 people might actually work together in their CVs you would sacrifice the balance of the meta and enjoyment of every other class. Seems legit. You do realize the reason that 2 people couldn't division 2 CVs was EXACTLY because 2 CVs working together is game breaking, don't you?

    Why?? There is almost 0 interaction between the CVs why does it matter if it's hard capped at 1? The game gains nothing by having more than 1 per side. WG themselves stated the only reason they did it was for MM purposes nothing gameplay or meta related. It's also EXTREMELY easier to balance spotting, AA and damage when you know you will be working on the basis that there is only 1 CV per battle than having to account for the possibility of 2+ CVs and them being of different tiers.

    The amount of stupidity in these 2 sentences is astonishing. You do know btw that a hard cap on DDs was implemented... exactly because 4+ DDs was not good for the meta... FOR ALL CLASSES. Guess what other ship isn't good for the meta if it's 2+ ...

    Sure, but you underestimate the effect this will have on Cruisers. Both CE change and Radar Render Delay together.
