OP, you need one more voting option: "No, we don't need a Premium CV". With just two options, you make us choose between "I want a premium CV" and "no more premium ships".

A lot of things are possible. Was he angled? Have you shot low and at citadels? When he's angled or at your T (you broadside to him, he's facing you only frontally), use HE.

And it worked. For me, BBs are all right - except for the unacceptable dispersion at close range (2-3 km). In that region, every shell must hit exactly where you aim.

I hope you're not talking about Target Acquisition System Modification 1, costing 2 mill (the worst spent money so far in the game), because it does not increase range. No. For me, the only thing that should be buffed in BBs is idiotic dispersion at 2-3 km... there, every single shell should fly exactly where you aim. All the rest is fine.

Hi Tuccy, When starting this OBT, I was delighted that the flags which give you advantage (+5% speed, -100% detonation etc) were obtainable only through the merits in battle. Sounded very fair. Now they are for sale. (not talking about second package for more xp and credits, it's for grinding purposes only and does not affect the actual battle) Does it mean you're planing gold ammo & torpedoes?

South Carolina... I was so scared when I researched and bought her. Everybody on the Forum was saying how bad she is. So I decided to go Rambo with her, follow my cruisers straight into battle, to finish that horrible grind in many quick deaths ASAP. Turned out that, when in 5-8 km range, SHE'S A BEAST! In that range, your shell dispersion is very tolerable. Forget sniping from the max distance. Play her like a brawler, go close. Get personal.

Trouble is, there will be no end. They could balance perfectly what we have right now. But every new nation with their traits, each and every new ship will disrupt the balance.
