Chapayev radar don't work during cyclone on north map ? radar should not be affected by weather

My scout plan on my Kongo and Omaha seem to behave different ? The one from Kongo flies all over the map and the one from Omaha flays in a small circle around my ship. its this they way they meant to work or is one of them bugged ?

I would wanna suggest a change to how Domination cap points work Make the cap point tic +4 points as long as there is an ship inside the circle and if its empty it should revert back to neutral. What do you other sailors think about this ?

If you think torpedos is so OP plz play a destroyer ... i need more tragets to kill with my cruiser If you see an DD or a Jap cruiser then u know there will be torps in the water and you can start to plan accordingly, only thing i have a problem with is that some torpedo planes seem to be able to drop there torps almost on top of you ship with zero chanse to be able to avoid them that is if they get so close to you ship. Dont tell me its all about AA as i play a Cleavland with all Skill Maxed for AA.

Atm as BB and Heavy cruisers battle it out on one end of a map , a small quick ship takes cap points and the heavy ships starts to screem No cap plz. And BB's are to slow to be able to get to cap points to recover them, it would be better BB's had to get into cap circles and other team try to get em outta there. The fight should be about the cap circles and not way off on one end of the map, this was an ide to try to force people to get into cap circles. Or this is maybe a new game play idea that is worked on ?

Which of the cruisers have dual-purpose batteries ? (Protective barrage skill ?)

The cruiser one has way to small circle to be useful at least on the Omaha. Hope its get better with heavy cruisers.
