Obviously you can get DD players that perform well in OPs but in general they feel quite a bit weaker than the other classes - die quickly, low damage etc

This should really help the Tier 8 ships that get regularly "up tiered". Fun and engaging? Yes, for the Tier 10 players that get to stomp even harder.
