If you want there to be CVs in every game - play a CV in every game.

Wouldn't make me play a ship I don't like playing. There are British tanks I sold because they were rubbish. There will be Royal Navy ships that will be rubbish also. I'll play the good ones.

Thing is, in WoWS just as in WoT, if you don't like a nation's ships don't play them. Same with classes. Find the ships you like and play them. It isn't difficult.

If you want DDs to cap.... Then drive a DD and cap.

I'd probably be less enthused, which is why I don't play cruisers much.

I don't understand why there is a cap. the exponential* cost of the skills will mean there is a natural cap anyway.

If I were in a battle with 7 BBs a side and I was in a stealthy DD I'd be delighted.

Also, they may have played before. People who play a lot shoot better.

Kamikaze R and Fujin gun layout is slightly better in my recollection. Three rotate around the front aspect on the premiums whereas only two do on Minekaze.

Yeah. I feel bad (almost) using my Kagero Commander in it. But I use my Tashkent guy in the Gremyashchy and he has "Demolition Expert" so...

Agreed that the best DD is the Gremyashchy. I'm entirely convinced she is the best DD tier for tier.

If you wait until the end of October I reckon there is a better than good chance that the Fujin will be sold again and it is identical to the Kamikaze R except for the paint job. [Edit] By way of explanation the Fujin was sold as a Halloween ship last year.

You can not train other Commanders and you don't make as much credits in the Minekaze as you do in Kamikaze R and Fujin..

I have been playing BBs more recently because I'm trying to get the 2 miliion damage done towards my new RN commander. Nikolai - Warspite - Kaiser-König- I find myself avoiding what BB drivers are prone to doing- sailing straight and steady - because I have the DDs in mind. At those tiers BB seems easy mode.

As a DD player before all others I don't mind battleships being prevalent. I may feel differently when the Royal Navy cruiser line is released as I will grind them to Tier X.

Have a shower, dress nice, use breath freshener and have a killer pick-up line.

The thing is there is a relentless, never ending move in every patch to reduce the effectiveness, quality of gameplay and fun for the DD player. It's almost as though they don't want them any more. It's a real shame if you've sunk your efforts into the DD lines and set your best commanders up for DDs.

I see mostly BBs when I play.

WoT is the same. The heavy Tank drivers complain about not being able to completely dominate every other class.

I was able to activate the pirate voice last evening. Didn't like it much.
