As I grind up a line I move the captain onto the new ship. My IJN DD captain (Shimakaze) , My Soviet DD captain (Tashkent) and my RN Cruiser commander (Minotaur) are all at 19 points. Problem for the RN guy is I have him set for Belfast with the IFHE perk, so he is less than optimal for Minotaur. These have all benefited from a lot of time spent in battles in premium ships.

As far as I understand you get 10k in silver for each duplicate emblem, so I expect it will all disappear at the end of this campaign.

About 2 seconds later I was down to 20% health. I went on to do 25k damage and died at 14 minutes left, but that is pretty poor. We won though, so... I wasn't concentrating properly and over extended behind an island that provided a fraction of the cover I thought it did.

He's always going to be in my highest tier non-premium USN BB, which right now is Colorado at Tier VII. I'm not grinding hard since I have Missouri and it seems that the German BBs are the ones to have.

Torpedo is what she can do that Belfast can't. Set fires with her main battery HE is what she can do that Fiji can't. That being said, in my estimation, even if Atlanta had smoke like the superior Royal Navy cruisers, she'd still lack their Sonar. Is her AA a good offset, given how few carriers we see these days?

I've killed a DD I nor any of my team, ever saw. I've been hunted halfway across a map by an enemy DD with it also. So yes, this still needs to go.

I agree I think there exists massive potential for challenging missions here that are being squandered by just having the straight up fights. That halloween escort thing was quite entertaining.
