So I have a question based on OPs complaint: If you go out in a DD do you forgo using smoke?

Yes, because you are going to have four skill points flappin' about because no IFHE.

Yeah... I'm arrriving at a conclusion that you can only really use two of the three super perks in any given ship fto good effect.

I only use Smoke Screen expert on Perth, even though I have a lot of DDs and all the RN CL's in my account. But then I only have one 19 point RN commander and he is set for Belfast with one concession to DD play, which is Last Stand, so he's good in Gallant also. That being said I think I might put Jack in Minotaur.

I just managed 50 Elite Commander XP. The credits includes a 1 million achievement from an event...

Got my Jack Dunkirk. need to get him to 14 points with elite XP before I'll deploy him.

The way to see whether it has worked is to glance at the chat. If you see a message from yourself then it worked. I agree it feels different to the WoT one but it seems to work fine for me. I've never been able to remember any of the F keys except F3 "shoot this one."

I had time to play one battle in mine. Win, came top of the team. She's a bit of a hybrid. Torpedoes perform like IJN as does the concealment of the ship. Guns not unlike USN DD. Middlin' to good speed. It's not at all bad, while not being the best at anything. Price you pay is a prettly long reload time on the torpedoes, and because you get the RN single shot capability with the torpedo launchers you will have to create a wide spread yourself if you're in close. But that RN single shot cpability enabled me to get my two kills. Mahan and Aoba. I'm using my Minotaur commander, a 19 pointer, who is actually set up for Flamu's Belfast build. He's not a perfect match.

The whole point of the new "radial command menu" is to avoid you having to pres an F key. When you hold button B move your mouse pointer into the segment that contains the message you want to send then let go of B. That will send the message. A popular tank-based game has had this feature for an age. They put the F key references there as reminders only.

So I hit "Battle" in ranked, enter the queue. Then I get disconnected. So I Try to recconect, no joy. So I use task Manage to crash out of WoWS. Reload, recconect to server to find I'm 7 minutes into a ranked battle isolated from the rest of the team. Sunk. team loses. Anyone else getting this problem?

You either need to learn your Roman numerals properly or learn which tier Belfast is at.

Seriously. Don't play it if you don't like it. I've said the same thing to the WoT community after they had a season of ranked.

Can't imagine why they even bothered with this feature. I just run another music player in the background and play my own tracks through that.
