You might not be using the "right" destroyers. Many Destroyers have a detection range greater than their torpedo range. Japanese and higher tier other nations generally have greater torpedo range than their detection range and can "stealth launch." The first thing you'll know is when you first see the volley of fish coming for you. The counter to this when in a Battleship is to constantly change speed and course so that the destroyer fires and misses. Rudder hard left-- hard right -full ahead - full astern randomly for five seconds at a time.

It is like my original favourite ship Gremyashchy but doubled. So fast, rapid accurate firing and scarcely cares it can be seen. By commander build is mostly Notser with some Flamu. No smoke but heal and the HP boost. I've decided Notser is right stealth is a mistake; You want the enemy to shoot at you because then they'll not hit much, you can repair anyway and every salvo that misses you saves some other friendly from damage. 19 pointer.

These new graphics are all well and good but while we are dressing our ships in green and orange camo it is a waste of time. There's no immersion.

People are not given enough incentive at present to take care. All this would be reduced if being pink meant no PVP.

This doesn't change the fact that the release of this ship and the subsequent reaction of WG to iChase were very bad decisions. It doesn't change the very sad situation of serial failures by WG. We've had Foch, the fallout from his response to the release of very badly balanced OP tanks, the sale of a tank in WoT which was originally offered to beta testers on the basis it would never be sold later to anyone else - a great betrayal of those Beta testers - and this year the disastrous Graf Spee content being originally released to EU in a very bad way by WG given the content was considerably less value than on other servers. That's just this year. I have to say I think this new release from WG is not the very best response they could have come up with. I don't think they could say "...and we've made iChase a CC again," because he may well refuse - apparently he has. He'll no doubt be taken on again if he wants to later on. But... The problem remains that CCs are left wondering whether they can say what they are really thinking.* Foch and Chase are two sides of the same coin. Really bad decision making by WG on the premium content, because the vehicles released are very bad for the game and players alike, should be open to criticism from everyone. iChase was right as was SirFoch. People who care passionately about the games will make passionate videos. WG need to make a policy statement for us and the CCs to see about the future of the CC program. They also need to find out who at WG NA has an itchy trigger finger and a thin skin - not a good combination. He or she needs to be better supervised. The other thing is that the CCs are regularly given access to content which is changed significantly between their early reviews (especially of ships) and release into the game. It happened with this carrier but there was a lot of confusion about the heal power of Nelson. I still don't know what the Royal Navy BB line are going to get by way of healing. This needs to be sorted out becaue iChase was perticularly concerned that his reviews of GZ with TB will have lead to people buying it. *Aging Jedi's video here sums it up.

WG have compounded the mistake of releasing the ship in its present state with this decision to can iChase. He was telling the truth. The developer screwed the pooch. WG come across as being unable to handle the truth.

Nah. Don't like the French military much. Just a personal thing based on a bad side of my personality. I won't be playing Italians either. I'd rather develop crews on the ships nations I have played so far and probably get to tier X in those lines. One of the big mistakes I made in a popular tank based game was spreading my time thinly across all tech trees. You end up with a lot of mediocre crews.

Well I don't play French ships, so no flag for me.
