My big issue with all this hoo-ha is that no one ever talks about shooting back. These humongous heavily armoured BBs have been having things all their own way for a while. Now here come some ships that can do them damage with HE and it is an affront. Why not shoot these badly armoured ships into oblivion?

My experience of WG tickets is you can expect a poor response first time. Send that you are unhappy with the reply and usually a more experienced customer service person will handle it.

First thing is that the Yamomoto Campaign and the Yamomoto Collection are two different things. You will need to be precise when you write ticket to WG, which is what I think you should do. I'm gonna ask you to take a a screenshot of the page you see in your profile after you click "collections." You do know you have to select the Yamomoto Collection by clicking on the key with the chrysanthemum... pretty sure you do. You will want to send that screenshot to WG with the ticket.

What I'd like to see is a bar on progressing through a tech tree past tier VI until you have elited at least one ship of each class to Tier VI. It wouldn't be hard to write that code and it would increase every wannabe Yamato commander of the strengths and weaknesses of the other ships he'll encounter. I'd be surprised if no one has suggested this before.

Thanks for going into a little detail. The problem with all this is that it based on a pair of fallacies that you believe are true. 1. You only lose because of "bad" players you get teamed up with. 2. You rarely lose because the enemy team played better. If you increase the quality of the players on both teams it will not get you what you want. The other thing is that the "bad" players have the same right to play in the game as you are in as you have. Your whole attitude is unpleasant.

They could always have put Rodney in the tech tree.

I was out i my Fujin last evening. Had a pretty good game. Sank 3 before being sunk myself. I decided to stay on and watch the closing moments of the battle and found myself cheering on Shaka_D in his Iron Duke. He finished off an enemy Orion then went into and out of the enemy cap just long enough to give us a lead, all the time dodging a torpedo bomber squadron from an enemy Bogue.
