I also figured out this: the second one to enter the cap is blocking the first's attempt to cap. Your example I think is to with a base in a "standard" battle.

I run a mod to get rid of the more horrid camo patters as they break immersion. Favourite is Belfast camo.

Someone might want to check my maths. How much was JD worth? It was some money spent to buy some containers and otherwise just playing. Bit of cocus because I knew I wouldn't get him if I didn't play more than I would ordinarily have done. A JD who hasn't acquired high rank is probably less valuable than any other commander who has. Of course when he is at 19 points, as is mine, that might be a different matter. Thing is it won't make an average player good to have him.

Then you have to earn those things. The equipment you earn by playing lower tier battles. The captain you train in a lower tier premium ship, like the Kamikaze R you earned for free a few months back.

Bump. Basically you join without any requirement to play in Divisions or Clan Wars, none of that malarkey. However you get to pool your oil and benefit from bonuses earned for the clan members.

You need radar to see a Khabarovsk then he's doing something wrong.

Bottom right of your in-port GUI. There are cogs. Click on them and options pop up. You probably need to uncheck the crossed-out eye.
