I run one mod which mutes the godawful camo. Mostly due to crashes mind, not because i find anything in Aslain's pack to be unfair. I'd run XVM if we had it in WoWS.

Oh, thanks. One of the reasons I've never got past Bogue was lack of motivation to fight +2 mm higher up the tree. -

None of this would help WG who want players to struggle with the grind. Reason being the grind is a lot easier if you have premium time and ships.

So I want flags because I'm always short of the flooding and fire flags for my DDs... Always infuriated to get unwanted commander slots and now I'm getting coal. I'll never have enough coal to buy anything worth having so please allow us not to receive coal.

Managed it at 4th attempt. I was trying to get a nearly dead Cleveland to heal and he was oblivous. -
Have you chosen the commander skill "Manual Fire Control For Secondary Armament?" If so you neet to activate it for the secondary battery to fire.

I had a massive problem running any kind of mod whatsoever and so had to run it in safe mode. Very annoying having to see the godawful camo jobs WG allow in this game.

It came in a Freedom Container for me, a bought one, and it may be (but may not be) the only way the missions pop up.
