But then cruiser has a smaller health pool, smaller guns, thinner armour. All part of the balance you choose not to mention. If you get torpedoed by a sole DD you deserve all you get. Try WASD. As for firing from smoke a solo DD simply can't because there's no one to spot. So this is all made up. Nice to see this isn't just a BBaby whine after all

Your big issues are the prevelance of Radar as the slow speed means escaping is a challenge. Also being a big target brings more damage.

Well I have bought enough Dashas to upgrade all my Best Navy ship commanders to at least 10 points and I've freed up Bert Dunkirk and a 19 pointer I've used on Belfast and Gallant for ages ready to take a Destroyer from the up coming line. And I've four other Dashas ready for that line. Don't overlook there being an additional cost in all this associated with training the commander to the new ship. A 10 pointer will require about 12,500 free commander XP after you blow 200k credits. Only slight issues are that she speaks Russian and the avatar picture is easily the worst of the seven;she certainly ain't smiling.
