  2. ST. Balance changes. British ships. Changed the range for the British torpedo MK VII (installed on the cruiser Emerald, Leander, destroyers Jervis, Icarus): Range increased from 6 to 7km. British cruiser Emerald: Surface Detectability Range reduced from 11.52 to 10.18 km; Surface Detectability Range after shooting from smoke reduced from 5.4 to 4.56 km. Changes are designed to increase the average life time and, accordingly, the overall effectiveness in combat. Researchable British destroyers, II-X tier: Removed the consumable "Engine Boost". The change is intended to emphasize the role of "defensive" and relatively slow destroyers, that have wide-radius smoke screens and Hydroacoustic Search. British Destroyer Lightning: Fixed a bug with an incorrect parameter for reloading Main Battery. The indicator was reduced from 6 to 5 seconds. As part of testing the British destroyer Cossack, the following parameters have been changed: Surface Detectability Range increased from 6.49 to 6.97 km. Surface Detectability Range after shooting from smoke increased from 2.31 to 2.48 km. The angles of the guns of the Main Battery were changed: 1 turret - added 58 degrees in total; 2 turret - added the ability to rotate 360 degrees; 3 turret - no change; 4 turret - added 36 degrees in total.     Ich hab die Cleveland-Mission aus einem gekauften Container gezogen. Aus den normalen Containern gabs bis jetzt nix. Bei den normalen Vive La France Containern hab ich die Bretagne gezogen.

    Grad @Real_Tsondoku im Gegnerteam gehabt. Leider erst am Schluß gemerkt als ich ihn in seiner Mogami mit meiner Alsace rausgenommen hab. Quasi n letztes Aufbäumen, denn direkt danach bin ich wegen Feuer gesunken. Eure Iowa war schon n kleines Großmaul oder? Auf meiner Seite sahs nicht besser aus. Ganz am Anfang hat mich unsere Hsienyang erst man angeschossen, und dann solang getorpt bis er geplatzt ist.

    Ja, gibts. Aber nicht in Verbindung mit Credits und auch nicht in Verbindung mit Streuung oder Tarnung. "Hydra" bringt dir +50% EP, +150% Kapitäns-EP und +250% Freie EP Es gibt insgesammt 2 +X% Creditssignale. Zulu mit +20% und Wyvern mit +50%. Das sind die einzigen Boni, die diese Signale bringen. Und kein einziges Signal bringt dir Boni auf Streuung oder Tarnung. Ach ja, die Spezialsignale wie Hydra oder Wyvern gibts im Arsenal garnicht zu kaufen.

    Es gibt ne Steam-Version von World of Warships, aber dort kannst du es nicht über deine regulären Logindaten starten, sondern musst einen neuen Account anlegen. Aber du kannst die Nicht-Steam-Version deiner Steam-Bibliothek hinzufügen, indem du Steam aufmachst (Shop/Bibliothek/Community). Dann oben auf "Spiel" klicken. Dann auf "Steam-fremdes Spiel meiner Bibliothek hinzufügen". Da dann die "World of Warships.exe" suchen und anklicken. Dann "Ausgewählte Programme hinzufügen". Dann müsste es in deine Bibliothek sein. Einmal über deine Bibliothek starten. Dann ist es ganz normal über Steam in der Taskleiste startbar.

  16. ST. Game event GO NAVY! Players will be able to participate in a competition between two teams - "Eagles" and "Sharks". Every day, the participants have a chance to get rewards for team and individual successes and for completing special battle missions. Points can be score in random, coop and clan battles as well as in operations. Into the game client will be added a special event screen, where players can find the overall statistics of the stage, as well as check out the rules, personal results and leaderboard. The results of the competition are tallied every day. Players in each team can get containers according to the results of the day. Please note that the information in the Development Blog is preliminary. ST. Special battle missions Special for GO NAVY event, for players, who choose teams, at the start of the battle can drop special mission. For completing the mission, players will receive points in their individual and team score. Mission drops with some chance and depends on which class players go in the battle. Progress of the mission is visible in the battle. Mission available only in current battle and can't be completed in the next battle. Localization is underway. Please note that the information in the Development Blog is preliminary.
  17. ST. Soviet destroyer Grozovoi. After a test and per players' feedback we changed the concept of Grozovoi's improvements. New iteration has Repair Party instead of Surveillance Radar. The consumable has following stats: restores 0.5% of HP per second active for 28 seconds Reload time: 120 seconds (80 seconds for premium equipment) 2 charges (3 for premium equipment) Firing range increased from 10970 to 12300 m. Engine Boost consumable is now in a separate slot. This version of Grozovoi inherits Udaloi's play style and becomes a logical continuation of the branch. The ship also is now a capable control area fighter that can combat opposing destroyers, using Repair Party for restoration without having to combine it with Smoke Generator or Surveillance Radar. Improved range with Advanced Fire Training skill allows the destroyer to fight battleships and cruisers at a relatively safe distance. Separation of Defensive AA Fire and Engine Boost consumables no longer makes a player choose between mobility or anti-air aptitude.

    Muss ja keine Flagge sein, könnte ja auch ne Tarnung sein. Da Tarnungen die Treffergenauigkeit der Gegner reduzieren und somit den potentiellen Schaden erhöhen wäre ich für ne Tarnung als Belohnung. Z.B. 5 x Typ 5 Tarnung. Und wers nicht braucht kann die immer noch verkaufen und die Credits abgreifen. Oder an bestimmte Reichweiten. DDs bekommens bei unter 8km CAs bei unter 12km BBs bei unter 15km Ich hol Dreadnought recht oft mit der DesMo.
  19. Erklärungen zu den zukünftigen Balanceänderungen: Commanders! We’ve seen quite a lot of discussion going on about the recent balance changes and we’d like to give some additional comments about some of them. Grozovoi and Surveillance Radar. Currently Grozovoi is in quite an awkward situation. Among tier X destroyers she has the lowest winrate and the worst combat effectiveness numbers, failing at most of her tasks. She has fair concealment, great main batteries and workable AA support, however her massive hull and mediocre torpedoes cancel out her advantages. It’s obvious that the ship needs an improvement. The question is, how exactly we go about this. We’ve looked at different ways to boost her and came to a conclusion that close combat, negating other destroyers and support are optimal roles for Grozovoi to fulfill. We didn’t want to strengthen her torpedo armament, since there are quite a few “hybrid” destroyers in the game already: Gearing, Z-52 and Yueyang. Her main batteries are excellent and don’t warrant an upgrade either. The idea was to make those batteries usable against other destroyers. Surveillance radar with test stats is somewhat reminiscent of Z-52’s Hydroacoustic Search. In both cases the consumable is combined with a smoke screen. Hydro detects torpedoes as well as ships, is active for much longer, but has a shorter detection distance than Grozovoi’s Radar – 5.88 km against 7.5 km. Z-52 creates a lasting threat inside control areas and she spots torpedoes while hiding in smoke screens. Grozovoi would pose an even bigger thread with her radar, however a short-lived one, and disposing of her in the smoke screens is tangibly easier. Yueyang can have Radar too, but this time instead of Smoke Generator, besides we can see that the Pan-Asian destroyer has a more compact hull, better concealment for the tier, specialized, yet very powerful deep water torpedoes as well as great guns that are quite deadly at short distances, where her less-than-ideal ballistics are not a factor. We clearly understand, that a combo of Radar and Smoke might be risky for the balance, as it allows for damage that goes unpunished in certain situations. But keeping in mind Grozovoi’s weaker points, her Radar’s particularly limited stats and our experience with Z-52, we feel the need to test her. And remember than we can always tweak the Radar’s numbers, should it prove to be too effective. Destroyer plating changes. The issue at hand here is to distribute the incoming damage sources for destroyers. As of now, it is too often, that they receive damage from battleships’ AP shells, that arm when reaching the plating. However, it should be noted, that 19 mm plating doesn’t eliminate the chance of ricochet of cruisers’ heavy AP shells, yet withstands 100 mm HE shells. By lowering the thickness to 13 mm we’re getting some significant results: AP shells 380+ mm no longer arm above the water surface and only deal overpen damage instead of standard penetration values. Sometimes they will deal normal damage by arming underneath the surface. The damage received from battleship AP shells by destroyers decreases significantly. 203-271 mm stop ricocheting and begin to always break through the plating. Can arm at an angle. Increases the damage that heavy cruisers deal to destroyers with AP shells, especially when firing in longitudinal projection. HE shells 100-105 mm can pierce the plating without Inertia Fuse. Improves the gameplay of Akizuki and any other destroyers sporting this caliber – IFHE stops being the be all end all skill. Increases potential of such ships as Friedrich der Grosse, Bismarck, Alsace and other battleships with secondaries of this caliber. Please note, that this change is not a unilateral one. Rather it orders up the incoming damage sources for destroyers (cruisers should obviously be more of a threat to them than battleships, as they are the designated counter-class). We also realize that this could possibly harm the German destroyers that often use AP shells against their same-class rivals. Due to thinner plating these shells will arm less. We don’t really want to affect that particular trait of Germans, and should the change be implemented, we’ll tweak their fuses accordingly. In any case, everything described above will be tested extensively and corrected if need be. Thanks for your continued involvement and being part of the discussion! The destroyer is gaining one tier from VII to VIII and her stats are modified accordingly: HP pool increased from 14800 to 15200 She also receives a Smoke generator consumable similar to that of Edinburgh's: Action time: 15 s Smoke screen dispersion time: 106 s Reload time: 240 s (160 s for premium equipment) Charges: 2 (3 for premium equipment) Stats are subject to change during the test. Please note that this is the first time the ship is going to be tested in such configuration. Updated: On tier VIII the ship retains her 4x120 mm main battery turrets and Hydroacoustic Search consumable
  20. ST. Japanese cruiser Zao, American destroyer Gearing. Japanese tier X cruiser Zao can now have an alternate researchable torpedo launcher module mounted: Type 93 mod.3 (similar to Shimakaze's). The stats for the modle are following: Max. damage: 23767 Range: 12 km Velocity: 67 kts Reload time: 164 s Detectability from ships: 1.7 km Type F3 torpedoes received a slight reload time boost: 117 s instead of 141 s. This change is designed to preserve the tech branch traits and to normalize Zao's torpedo damage in relation to lower tier cruisers. Ship's efficiency in clan battles will improve as well, making it more popular in that particular activity. Torpedo launchers with bigger range will allow the cruiser to use torpedoes not only when closing in on an enemy or retreating. New use cases will include launching torpedoes while returning fire at medium range or actively maneuvering or while using the difference between cruiser's and torpedoes' detectability. American tier X destroyer Gearing receives a base Mk16 mod.1 torpedo launcher module (similar to Fletcher's) with folowing stats: Max. damage: 19033 Range: 10.5 km Velocity: 66 kts Reload time: 106 s Detectability from ships: 1.4 km This module will be automatically researched but not acquired for those who have the destroyer. Addition of torpedo launchers from the predecessor will allow Gearing commanders to choose between longer range and higher velocity (when using "Torpedo Acceleration" skill) or medium range, quicker reload and increased damage of salvo and per minute.

    Grad @Bluteule auf Schleife im Gegnerteam gehabt. War n easy Win, für sein Team. War ein leicht komisches Gefecht. Bin nach knapp 7 Minuten (Gesamtdauer 12 Min) mit 8k Schaden in der Kagero geplatzt und war immer noch Platz 1 in meinem Team. Es gab Insgesamt ehh nur 3 Kills
