"Verlässlich" heißt ohne die RNG, der die anderen T6 Schiffe zum Opfer fallen - dass man auf T6 seine Schüsse nicht trifft wie man möchte, willste jawohl nicht bestreiten oder? Und das ist der gemeinte Vorteil des CV neben der Vision/Map Control - weniger RNG-Anfälligkeit auf T6.

Yeah maybe. Or maybe people use it to hide account sharing. I guess WG decided to believe the latter when looking at the whole picture. The remaining bit of uncertainty could be the reason why the players involved are just getting a clap on the hand and not losing their accounts... But that's all speculation.

But how would a VPN avoid the lag? It doesn't create less distance or a more direct connection from you to the game server, does it? I would think that it could only make it slower, but maybe there's something I'm missing here?

Just out of interest - how does a VPN help with that? Aren't you just putting an additional server in the way?

As I said, it reads to me that it was not transferred from the treasury and instead earned by playing. 1.Give money. 2.Get into Clan. 3.People from said Clan play your account and earn the Steel.

Yeah the OP is strangely worded and hard to understand. The only explanation I can come up with is that the VOR players who transferred access to their accounts only got into the clan by trading "goods" (presumably money) in the return for Steel. The latter would then be earned by "real" VOR players with access to said accounts.

The title says it. And if I understand the OP correctly, it states that there is evidence that people gave their accounts to [VOR] players who then earned rewards for them. If that included adding these accounts to the Clan, it's clear why it is being disbanded, as the leadership must have been involved.

So far my personal experience is that you can easily be at mid range (like 15 km) as long as you remain angled and have a way out. Just gotta be careful with the damn HE spammers.

Yeah the horizontal dispersion is quite bad when you get close, which makes it especially difficult to punish the nose of cruisers. But at least the vertical dispersion is still quite good, so you can still punish the citadel on broadsides.

Can't wait for "short-fuze AP bombs" and AP rockets with improved ricochet angles on RU CVs...

It's really just about the player.

What makes the big difference (apart from the better ballistics and much higher penetration) is not the horizontal dispersion compared to the IJN BBs. Slava has around 50% less vertical dispersion than Yamato, meaning that it will hit the citadel much more reliable. Sorry, but that just means you are not properly aiming these fast shells. It's the same with Stalingrad - you have to adapt to the ballistics.

The penetration difference between T8 and TX BBs is often even less than 10%. It still makes a difference, as the T8 shells are often missing just a bit of pen - it's the same with the AP on T7 USN CAs, IIRC.

Of course. IIRC though, the T7 AP shells perform significantly worse with regard to citadel hits against cruisers, so you will feel the nerfed penetration...

That's what made it interesting though. Why play it over Kutuzov if not for the AP?

BBs in this game burn like wood, so they are also allowed to float like wood. It's a game. Move on. On a side note: You seriously demand a buff for AP bombs?!

It's a way to still properly milk the whales who have it all by now. Does that say much about the future of the game though? I'm not sure about that...

It has by far the weakest armor of all TX BBs, as the nose is 25mm and the deck is 32mm. I do agree that it can be really resistant to AP when properly angled at mid-range (kind of like the old Moskva), as people just can't reliably hit that nose of yours. But the armor fades when getting too close with that nose, and it cannot deal with any kind of HE spam. It is strong and it has ridiculous railguns yeah, but it will never be best suited to push a flank. I guess you have seen other BBs do the same to potato team mates though?

Having more range than Kremlin makes it "Kremlin on steroids"? You do realize that it does not have the incredible tankiness (regarding armor and DCP) and the insane close range accuracy of Kremlin? I really like Slava and I think it can tank much more damage than people realize (at mid to long range), but it will never be able to roll over a flank like the Kremlin can. Lategame Slava can also brawl, no question about it, but it has to pick its fights very carefully.

I have to admit that I abuse the broken state of CVs myself. At the same time, I never have really big problems with enemy CVs in Random battles. Not only are most of them super potato, I just don't overextend and isolate myself, which makes me a less vulnerable target. You just can't flank alone in a BB or immediately rush into a cap as a DD without fighter support, when a CV is around - I think many people have not properly adapted to this yet.

Schon witzig, was man teilweise so liest. CVs können nur spotten, T6 BBs haben nicht genug AA... Die CVs sind auf T6 die einzigen Schiffe, die verlässlich Damage machen. Kein BB im Game hat genug AA um sich zu schützen, egal auf welchem Tier...

This is exactly what SubO did in the recent podcast interview. It was ridiculous.
