Do you know if the 1.3 factor (priority target) stacks with Manual-AA skill, resulting in a factor of 2.3 or even 2.6 ? (Was thinking that if it doesn't, the skill will only offer a 0.7 benefit...) I only know that it stacks with Def-AA.

NC citadel is at the waterline, Conquerors is underwater. Big difference. In fact, I am always amazed, how easy it is to citadel North Carolinas.

Yeah Nelsons high citadel makes it just fine for me. All I want is the ability to punish broadsides.

Exactly my point. I hated those DDs, that were playing safe (SF) all game. I am glad that SF was removed at those DD players are gone.

A Zao should not be allowed to blast you from invisibility. And yes, it was just too easy to spam from a certain range all game. I don't mind that these DD players switched to BBs.

Stealth-Fire was stupid and toxic. I have a 16p Blyskawica captain, that I never use anymore, but I am glad this broken mechanic is gone.

USN BBs have a waterline citadel, which can still be punished. This underwater citadel is just completely retarded.

I always come to the same conclusion. People would not be this angry, if that thing actually had a citadel.

Hey Sub, thx again for jumping in. I hope it is appreciated. I don't want the heat things up. I just think that a citadel, that is comparable to the current USN BBs (waterline, not underwater), would take away most of the anger. Because it would give people tools to counter these ships on their own 1v1.

The bigger AA will survive far longer. But this is obviously not getting anywhere.

Nelson HE has a blast radius that is 115% of a Saipan 1000lb bomb. I will never invest into small AA.

400dps @6km from 127mm alone mostly saves me in late game.

+200dps @6km on durable 127mm guns just sounds better to me than a little range, but with intact small AA, range might be better.

As I said, I use CE+ManAA+FP. And if the CV is good, it is ok. I just hate being farmed by a bad CV.

Objectively you are right, but I just hate being raped once in a while. Got my cruisers for that...

Manual AA first. With RN BB HE around, I rather double up on my 127mm AA, because the small stuff is gone after a few of those HE salvos. In fact I use CE+ManAA+FirePrev
