    Bait. We had this discussion before. If you are not in Yamato, and he is not braindead, your AP will not work. Best is OP claiming "AP+Brain" on the picture. When he really just means Yamato or AP+No Brain...

    As I said before, I could imagine a removal of the free exit strafe, combined with a buff to other aspects of the ship. Maybe a buff to the strike aircraft (2x4 TB or an additional DB) as a tradeoff.

    Without the free Exit-Strafe, Saipan would be nowhere near OP. Losing 1/4 planes on exit would be lethal, so Saipan could just get locked when trying to engage enemy strike aircraft. Would be really easy life in Kaga. Wait for his strafe, evade+lock, go on torpedo rampage.

    WG is not consistent with premium nerfs. -Gremmy kept the stronger russian HE shells, while they were nerfed globally. -Tirpitz did not keep the stronger secondary shells . -Kaga kept the shorter placement time on lost squadrons. -And so on (SF change, smoke, etc)... Nothing is keeping them from just adding the exit-strafe-penalty to all CVs (Saipan in particular). Probably combined with a buff to another aspect of the ship, to prevent a shitstorm (like they did with the German BB secondary range).

    Yamato is just not a NOOB-WAGGON. If you don't drive like an idiot, it is still super tanky. And man those guns... if you can aim, they wreck havoc. Easily my favorite BB before Missouri. It is a specialist, not some easy-mode spammer.

    Here is 06:36 min on Tier IX, and the enemy even took a cap. There are games where they just don't enter the caps at all. But that is still far better than Standard Mode, where nothing happens all game.

    I only had 10 games in it so far, but Yamato feels incredibly strong. Compared to my Missouri it is not as agile and elegant, it also has no radar. But Yamato makes up for that with brute force. It can simply out-muscle any BB it faces. While Missouri is an opportunist and waits for its chance, Yamato can just grab the nearest BB and wipe the floor with that guy.

    So how would you outplay an AS Saipan in a Kaga? I always try to stay over friendly AA and wait for chances to strike, but I got zero map control that way... AS Saipan on the other hand has all map control and can use its big bomber squadron vs DDs.

    AS Saipan also feels very strong. I just cannot imagine it the other way around. Strike Lexi and Strike GZ Test sound like they cannot do anything for their team.

    Graf Spee has BB guns with cruiser dispersion (only 6 yes) and is nowhere near OP. Yes, GS dispersion is not as good as GC was. But it has better Sigma I guess.

    Yeah I can get along without Vigilance since so far, since Alabama is agile and Missouris radar scares DDs off. But I know that is a debatable setup, since Vigilance can be very useful. Objectively this AA setup is not useful in most games. I just like to invest into strengths.

    I am talking about Missouri/Alabama here. 520 DPS @6km is huge. Go and take AFT instead, I won't.

    Not really. I will rather invest in a huge DPS on my long range AA, than in a monstrous DPS on short range.

    I have read that, but to my understanding it only states that Defensive AA stacks with the 1.3(*3). And if they do stack the same way, it would be 2.6.

    Haha, thx. But that should be clear by now. How do you know that they stack ? Is the combined factor 2.3 or 2.6 ?
