Since you often only get one salvo, and that one counts, Montys accuracy and AP Normalization should be better than Conquerors short fuse time. Because you will want to go for citadels.

Yeah, in CW it seems to be more important for BBs to make every salvo count, than to survive longer in the end. Monty is more accurate and has better AP Normalization than Conqueror. The latter is just better at harassing the enemy BB. Yamato lacks stealth and gunpower.

Just fought alongside @Boris_MNE in a cyclone. Intense battle, sadly we didn't make it.

Haha, no idea if it was you, but we got the 5 Stars in our first and only try as a division of 6. And the only random guy actually banished the Gorgon in his BB.

From what I observed, the drop rate for camos must have been >30% overall, with a higher chance on the low tier camos. So even the free containers from the operation should have provided most people with a low tier camo.

Are you still working on a fix for the CV Interface? It is slow, laggy and sometimes does not recognize actions.

Yes, while you are locked by Squad A, your command is to engage Squad B (after that). Since you can only strafe out when engaging yourself, you must of course engage squad A (which is locking you). I don't understand why you have to engage before strafing out, it is most probably just another bug in that silly UI.

Well, if you want to spend 180 Euros on doubloons, you can make a pretty good deal. But to be honest, I rather buy the new ships for Euros, when they come out.

Undiscounted price for 20k doubloons is 68 Euros, so you spent at least 21 Euros on the FreeXP/Camos/Flags. For your money you could have gotten 7000 undiscounted doubloons more. If you buy again, you should get more doubles and more doubloons though.

Edit: Please note that BBs are needed to ram the bosses. They can insta-kill those with the ram+consumable. Cruisers are there to melt the minions very fast. CV and DD are nice for support, CV can offer strong heals in the end. The cruiser : 1. 45% firechance (on a cruiser), crazy DPM with IFHE. "Stalinium AP" deletes cruises. 2. The consumable "Inversion Charge" will boost your reload and DPM so hard, it is unbelievable. 3. When you use your "Inversion Charges" at a later stage (it gets buffed by the damage you do), you can heal up 100% health in a few seconds. This is very very strong. Both the DD and the BB seem to have much weaker heals compared to this. The BB : Has a consumable that makes it invulnerable for about 10 seconds. If you use this to ram the enemy bosses (and keep ramming them for a few seconds), you can instantly kill them. This is very useful, because you want to take them out as fast as you can. Not possible to equip the secondary range module. AA is good, if you spec for it. Can help with the ramming on Gorgon.

The BBs are much better if you want to solo the bosses. But the minions can be melted way faster by cruisers.

Yeah after seeing it on some videos, I managed to ram Gorgon to death in the BB as well. BB is quite nice after all.

Yes it is possible that I will take a big hit some day. But it is even more probable, that my Hydro will save me or my teammates in a situation, where a Shima could not have done it. Ok so Shima has better torps with worse reload. It is a bit more tanky, but it has no Hydro. And it has to run from a 1v1 against most other DDs. I will stick with Z-52 for now. :)

The thing is, that I usually can evade that single BB AP salvo. It is the cruiser HE crossfire that I am worried about. I personally believe that the BB AP vulnerability is not that important in CW. The 5km allow me to screen more comfortably for my team. Especially in situations where they are spread out around an area. And if I go 1v1 against an enemy DD, it is again much more comfortable.

This is why I was wondering if I should take the Z-52, at first. But there is only 1 BB and most cruisers shoot HE at you (since they cannot overmatch 19mm). Hydro+Vigilance is a very powerful protection for your team (5km spotting range doesn't seem excessive to me). And you can go 1v1 against any DD. You can also spam torpedoes and take chances on them, rather than in the Shima. You seem to be a very competent player, don't get me wrong, but I did not find the Z-52 on your profile. Do you know for sure that Z-52 will take more damage in this environment(1 BB only) ?

Only ever saw F..mu ranting about lesser players, but don't really follow him. The guy you are actually talking about can be stupid and unfriendly, yes.

Of course it is not that common, especially teamkills are rare in my experience. But as a DD, your teammates always want to tell you what to do. Especially BBs, who are too chicken themselves.

Well, if you are not in a division, you have to play the position of your team. And if your team sucks super hard, you just cannot win. Isn't it like that at any Tier? In a DD I can at least shift and find myself some victims while losing.

In DDs TX is great fun for me, because I can always be aggressive. But yeah if you are a BB, and no1 wants to push with you, it is quite sad.
