Afaik, Sims only has a much higher multipler. Do you know for sure, that Kidd and Loyang have the same?

Do we know, which has the better "xp multiplier", Kidd or Loyang? Can make them both work so far, so a good xp multiplier would make the difference for me.

Have no NC, but Bamas maneuverability and torpedo protection fit my style better anyway. With the smoke nerf I am actually enjoying BB in Ranked, because you can be more aggressive. Bama is perfect for that.

Will get Roma, but probably stick to USN superheavy shells for Ranked.

The great thing about Kageros torpedoes is, that you can 1-shot other DDs. Harekaze can't. Harekaze should work as a spotter with nice gun capabilities and decent torps though. But the low HP makes it hard to play.

So apparently we have a new Detection symbol now. When radared, you will get the "spotted" symbol with a triangle around it. That is not a bad change, but really WG, couldn't you communicate that properly in the patch notes ?! Imagine my surprise in Ranked, when I didn't know if I was radared or hardspotted.

Have always been doing it. Z-52 even gets 02:36 min Hydro.

In Ranked you will want to torpedo any smoke ASAP and not have to get in range first. 9.2 also keeps you much more safe.

1. You have plenty of aim assist. Not only does it always display the time your shells will need to hit the target, so you can give the right lead. You also get lots of invisible help to hit the target that you locked on. ... oh and you are actually not supposed to shoot from 20km ... 2. Cruisers are meant to counter smaller ships, so they should be more accurate.

It is never a good idea in any meta, because for 4p there are much more valuable skills, like RPF.

But it was T7 and we were T5.

Sorry but you are not understanding. If you are both spotted, you both have support. Loyang has much less firepower. If he smokes up, you stay at 5.4 and flush him out with your 10 torps, when they become ready. Just stay at 5.4 man. Yes, Loyang can use hydro to cap in smoke, which you can't, but he can be flushed out by good torpedo aim. Edit : Of course Loyang has an advantage in those situations, if there is no radar. But you have a big advantage whenever both are detected. The important thing is to not let him use that advantage by staying at 5.4. He cannot do this permanently, so you just have to negate him the few chances he gets. Losing a cap for 1-2 min will not lose you the game.

How often do you eat torpedoes when you sit in that smoke like a duck?! And don't smoke up against a Loyang! If he runs after you, perfect, just kite him and he will lose. (You have 25% more firepower and the advantage of him closing in on your shells + your support is closer) If he smokes up, stay out of 5.4. Torpedo his smoke and wait for him to leave it.

Only had a few games so far, but in Loyang I was always facing 2+ Radars and would have rather been in my Kidd. We'll have to see what happens at the low ranks.

As I said, you can see it because with Radar/Hydro it has a Triangle.

Yeah I just got caught in a very unlucky situation, where I needed to know if I was hardspotted. And the symbol itself doesn't look like Radar/Hydro, unlike the past one... You just have to know about the triangle.

It has been buffed recently and seems to be a fine tank. It used to be super OP in the early days with different MM etc. For the past years it has just been an overhyped tank with below average attributes. But the recent buffs seem to be quite nice (better stabilization etc). You are lucky to have it. It is very rare now.

This is pointless, since you are just ranting without any sense. I'm out. One thing though. Let's be real here: You knew, there was a chance you would not get a ship, even if that chance was small in your opinion. And you risked it. You made your decision mate.

1. All the ships are ONE drop chance, not 37. It was stated before, that the specific ship is chosen, AFTER you dropped for "a ship". 2. How many friends are those? 1000? If not, how can they be representative?

You are obviously not understanding the point. The immature thing is not that you gambled. You are immature because you gambled without being able to take the possible loss. For myself I got 1x5 Huge, 10x Big and later 1x1 Huge. All camos and signals, some doubloons. Your interest in this shows again that you simply do not understand: -Where did WG say anything about the ship chance? -How can you be sure to get the average drop, if you only get a sample size of 20? -Do you think the people who post their results here, are not usually those with big luck in the need to share?

Like I said: If you cannot take the possible outcome, don't risk it. Don't let your greed make you blind for the risks that you are taking. Didn't get a ship in 15 different boxes myself btw. But I don't lose my mind over it. It was a possibility I considered before spending that money.

Yes. And if you have all the SC ships as well, you get doubloons. But that all happens after you dropped a ship in the first place, which was never guaranteed.

1. You bought 20 random loot boxes. 2. Each box had a chance to drop stuff you did not want. 3. Of course all 20 random boxes can drop stuff you did not want. That is the risk. And that is why it is gambling. 4. Grow up.
