Same here, UK player. Ping is usually 35ms or less but after latest patch spikes to 300ms + every 2 or 3 seconds. Other games such as Elite and BF4 run fine, just WoWs that has the problem. Game is pretty much unplayable so I will be shelving this unless I see or hear of any updates. Shame as I was just getting into it. Ah well.
